We arrived at the tail end of major rush and that meant tables hadn't been wiped off, the drink & condiment station needed attention & our wait was a bit longer than usual. We grabbed extra napkins & sat outside. Our frozen yogurt order was easily modified when then that machine malfunctioned. Overall their crew was amazing given the obvious recent chaos.
Good food but always closes early. Annoying. Ive gone multiple times after work at 10:15 and they have the doors locked and won’t answer. Get a better closing crew.
Extremely rude people and the management seems to be the worst. I've complained and nothing happens. The new store manager is a joke, and seems to be nothing less than a child himself. They obviously don't care that the cleanliness has gone way down, it's disgusting.
Ther always so bizzy it seems and mess up orders a bit but love a good icecream ?
Food, was hot a fresh. Employee were not wearing mask. Little miss personality at the window can be less rude.
My home town favorite! Please come to Georgia! I only get Braum's when I come home to Oklahoma. But please don't be like Sonic! Georgia Sonic is NOT Oklahoma Sonic. And can you please have pineapple almond frozen yogurt for cones during Thanksgiving?
Braums is the Best Food Service Business Model out there. With a high caliber grocery section and a super clean (very accessible as well) restrooms they become a necessary stop in our travels.
I was a frequent customer of the Willow Enid location both personally and professionally until this morning when I was behind a gentleman at the counter and was completely ignored by the employee while she took the other gentleman's order and then completed it instead taking an additional 30 seconds to take my order. The employee did not acknowledge me at all during this time so I pocketed my money and walked out. I will be filing a formal complaint with the management.
I have been here manny times they never have large cups and 2 of the employees can not get your order right but all other employees arealways happy to see you but if you want large shakes go to another brums because they wont serve you them tey always say no we are out and it has been 2 mounths now
Always good always fair! Then you go and take your dollar drinks off the menu well that sucked for all of us. Now we go to McDonald's where you can get a dollar drink there. You lost a lot of business when you did that!
