Cool people working and the aloha sandwich I had was really good. Didn't know how pineapple on a crispy chicken sandwich would be but I loved it
My wife and I took our grandsons there after a basketball game and there was one person that made our experience absolutely outstanding. Our server Isabella was the very epitome of customer service, she was so patient with my grandsons and gave them samples of the ice cream to pick just the right one. She went out of her way to ensure that we were satisfied with our order and was a true pleasure. I'm not certain if she is in a Management position but if she isn't she certainly needs to be. Hopefully she is indicative of the quality service that is provided by Braums.
Very friendly service. Food was prepared in a timely manner and was served hot. Tables were clean so a seat was easily had. I love this Braums and stop here any time I get the chance.
Was very dirty . a girl was wiping down tables towel wasn't wet . didn't wipe down seats she sat in seat to clean table. Window seals full of dust. Windows hand prints and finger prints . floor sticky under table where I sat. Out of yougert.I ordered a ? no seasoning very bland and dry has to ask for extra mayo on side. . didn't get extra tomatoes like I asked for.
Friendly, knowledgeable staff and very polite, short wait time inside. Staff wore face masks, store was clean and well stocked!
Went through while working and got an ice cream seemed clean kids working were friendly better experience than the braums near me

Horrible! I can't believe I waited for 20 min in the drive thru for not even half a sundae ? Come on is it really that hard to make to food correct?
One of my favorite places I'd rate five Stars instead of four if they would just supply more butter brickle more frequently but that's just my personal preference but if you want a good place to go get something sweet to eat this is a very good place to go
Braum's has good food. Their burgers, grilled and breaded chickens and chili are great. I used to work there years ago so I should know by now and so is their ice cream and sundaes too.
