Cold mush Fry's asked for better 2as told no don't take food back when cold and under cooked
Ate lunch with my husband. The crew seemed a little tense though. Not sure what that was about.
I came here to give a review about how friendly the employees were and how I had a pleasant experience. I started reading other reviews about how rude the employees were in the past. These employees are just people they have good and bad days. Hopefully you all give them another chance. Thanks for having the meats Arby’s
Omg I when I seen I only had one star that was a mistake..this Arby's is delicious they were friendly and it was clean ..so sorry about the mix up it was 10 stars all the way!!
Staff was rude. Won't be back I'll drive 55 miles out of town if I have to.
People had masks on you could not understand anybody to Acoustics of that place was so bad you could not understand or hear anybody speaking correctly and I ordered just a roast beef sandwich and I got cheese on it and it was cold thank you bye that's it I'm done
I haven't had any issues in the drive-thru, but every time that I dine inside, I'm always treated as an inconvenience by extremely rude employees. That's unfortunate, as I really enjoy their food. Unfortunately, I'll no longer be visiting this location in the near future.
Rude staff. Cook was super nice but the man at the front counter today at 4pm was super rude. I went through the drive thru and was missing part of my order. I went inside to get the rest and he kept repeating over and over "She SAID she didn't get the slider" as if I was lying. The cook even admitted she did not make as many as the order said and apologized. Then I asked twice for condiments which he did not give me. He was very rude and I will not be going back.
I find it funny as a previous employee that when I'm the only vehicle and pay for a $12.43 meal I dont get the sandwich. If you were busy I would understand but that wasn't the case tonight!!! I will never be back.
Good food but that always mess up my order!
