Bro table not clean ugly water on floor and drink so bad and one fries had black chef cook slow 20 minutes or 30 minutes but so trash and two drink leave table I’m not come again but and, I’m so not happy was bathroom so fine. ?
If I could give zero stars, I would. I am livid. I spent over 30 min in the drive thru waiting on our food only for it to be inedible. The meat was so burnt that it was crunchy. They missed items, got items wrong and the alphas employees acted as though they were high. I have tried to call to get my money back but no one will answer the phone. $40 down the drain.
When i went by the first time i was told they were not open yet and was not told what time they would open. Hours are wrong on Google maps so I added a suggestion for a time change, however, when I went back the second time an employee told me they don't really know what time they will open due to sluggish computers. The employee was nice and polite.
Ordered the chicken sliders. The chicken was good but was made like a burger slider with mustard, lettuce, and tomato and not pickles and mayo?\\u200d♀️
They wonder why they get $8 an hour... can't even make a dam fish taco right....
I guess it depends upon who they have hired to work there. I've been in when the meal was great. Then I've gone through the drive-thru and the burger was just warm, the buns still felt cold like they were just taken out of the fridge, and the drink shake was runny. Haven't been back since, and that was six months ago (05/21).
Usually pretty good but terrible service today. Pulled up to the drive thru, waited about 10 minutes with no acknowledgement so parked and went to the door. Both locked, walked up to the window, knocked on it and three employees looked at me then turned around. What the h? Guess you don’t want my $ anymore.
Probably one of the worst restaurant experiences I’ve ever had. Straight up funky.
Food was fresh. Staff was friendly. Food was good. Wife was happy to have Long John Silver's.
This place needs a renovation asap!
