The tacos were great!! Got the shrimp, and carnitas! Service was ?

Salsa and chips were decent. We both got a Yo Lupa taco (which is supposed to be on fried bread like a Taco Bell chalupa. The bread was soggy and seemed barely fried. The ground beef on it was simply…not good; tasted weird. Chicken tinga and pork carnitas were kinda flavorless. Chicken quesadilla…again, boring. Yawn, won’t be back.

This place was excellent. Staff was friendly and efficient and the Birria tacos were to die for… The absolute best! I also had the fish taco and it was delicious. I loved everything about this place from the food to the fact that a perfectly sized paper towel comes out of the dispenser in the loo! Salsa was tasty but not hot…and that is fine by me. Love this place.

Went to eat here around 4:00, so we didn't think it would be very busy, and it wasn't. Walked right up, placed our order and grabbed some seats. After about 20 minutes the hostess came out and asked if our buzzer ever went off, it hadn't. So our food had been sitting at counter getting cold. Queso had a film on it, it was so cold, tacos greasy. She apologized and said she would get us free dessert, we ordered some of their sopapilla bites. Freezing in the dining area, most people had their coats on, asked for heat, none provided. After we finished eating I told her we were ready for the Bites. After another 10 minutes with no dessert, told the hostess AGAIN we were still waiting for the Sopapilla bites. Another 10 minutes and still no dessert, told the hostess we were leaving. This was our first, and LAST time there. Covell location

First and last time to visit.. First thing you notice right when you enter the door is the smell of cleaning chemicals which actually made it smell like a dirty bathroom, could not get over that, it was STRONG! Standing water inside made me think they had a backup overflow somewhere? Couple of tacos, quesadilla and a side of rice was 30 bucks. Tacos were soaked with grease, quesadillas were the same, held them up and grease poured out of each piece. Rice was burnt, chips and salsa were ok however chips were LOADED with salt. Once again biggest thing was trying to eat this while the smell of a dirty bathroom hit you in the face. Won't be back..

Well..Long story short. Went in and developed a good feel for the waitress filling in from another store and she was great. Sitting at the bar she was very prompt and made sure I beers never got empty. Order the food which is really good. The mistake we made was ordering to go food for the family at home. This took about 20 minutes to come out. When the blonde haired manager brought out out our to go order she asked "what's wrong?" I told her it took a while for the food to come out. Her was response was very poor. "Well, we are busy, look around.Man, what a opportunity waste. My wife and I are very loyal customers no matter where we go but she definitely let this be the last visit for us. To go orders ahead may be your best bet here.

Really disappointed with our first (and likely last trip) here. The concept is awesome and the branding, decor and options are great but…. The service and delivery were horrible. The lady taking our order (Ashley was the name on ticket) couldn’t seem to care less and was vaping while bartending. ? While waiting we got to see first-hand how confused and how little care was put into the service. We saw a dish go out to a customer the customer brought it back because it was the wrong order and then it was re-served to two other customers. This place had better get a grip on the employees before the health department does.

Noce decor ... service was meh, bar tender girl had a vape between getting glasses for drinks.

Went on a Monday night around 8. Staff was kind of light, but did not affect the service or food quality. The Pork Belly and Quesabirria were definitely my favorites.

After reading the reviews on service, I was reluctant but ended up at the 33rd Street location to meet a couple friends who selected Yo Pablo. I wasn’t surprised when I walked in and had to wait for the staff at register to take the phone call that came in after I walked up. I ordered a salad that the menu said had grilled chicken, but mine had shredded chicken that I needed a knife to cut, it was chewy and not at all flavorful. I requested a knife & was informed they didn’t have any - all she could find was plastic.A couple weeks later my husband and I stopped in at the Covell location and I’m so glad we did! We were promptly greeted by a girl named Karson/Carson who was friendly, professional, and efficient! I sat down at our table & noticed our paper towel holder was empty. I barely noticed before Karson/Carson was out on the floor cleaning up and spotted it and brought me more. She checked in on us several times. It was a great experience. So many new restaurants popping up in Edmond and so many have amazing locations, fantastic menu’s, and fun atmospheres but if you don’t offer great service, you won’t last.Thank you Karson/Carson! Thank you for understanding the importance of service and for delivering your best.
