Worst service we've ever had. The employees did not seem to want to be there they were super slow sitting around staring not doing anything we only ordered a salad and one chicken sandwich took 25 minutes. The manager was running around doing a lot of the work telling his people come on now this is not hard work let's go but nobody was listening I would fire the whole group and start over. Maybe give the manager another chance with a better group of people.
We ordered a large teachers breakfast and their customer service was outstanding. We had made a mistake with our order and they handled it with grace and kindness. This is a place where customers are treated well, even when they make mistakes! Very impressed with the management. Our teachers LOVED the breakfasts. Whataburger was a great addition to our Teacher Appreciation Week.
Spent about an hour here for a drive thru order. 20+ minutes in line, then they told me to pull around because the onion rings needed time. They completely forgot. So after waiting in the car for 20 more minutes, like a dumb, I went in to get my food and they had no idea what my order was. They rudely handed me a bag that was not what I ordered, but I didn't care anymore.Whataburger, "Eat it anyway."1/10 would not recommend.
Food hot and good. Free parking, located on the service road of the highway. Easy to get too.

This Whataburger seems to have some Management problems. They weren't busy, but it still took 12 minutes to get my food. I had only ordered a Chicken Fajita Taco meal... Not difficult. The dining room was not clean. I had to search for a clean table. This location always seems to be like this. My though process is something like this, "The location on Broadway is always much better. Do I have time to drive over there instead of eating here?" Unfortunately, today I didn't have time... I always hope they will be better, but it has been a couple of years since this has been a good Whataburger.
I love whataburger but it always takes so long! It took 25 minutes to get my food. Also the customer service was horrible. As a manager at another restaurant it just made me sad and disappointed that all the employees looked so miserable. Either pay them more or train and manage them better. This seems like a problem at all of their locations.

The food was not that great. Talk about super dry and bland. Also the person taking our order in the drive through was not happy to be working today and messed up our order. When we got to the counter they didn't even know what we ordered but we're able to eventually find it. And to top it all off we never got the kids meal we asked for or the Sprite. Instead we had two massive cups of sparkling water. ? I really wanted to enjoy our first experience at this restaurant especially because I was taking my brother out for his birthday but you only get one chance to make a first impression. When I see Whataburger I won't get the excitement I do for a place like Chick-fil-A or Chipotle.
Great burger, average fries, awesome sauces. Clean facility! Recommend trying if you have not been. I can only visit when traveling.
