First experience. They have set burgers or you can create your own. Made to order so don't be in a hurry even though they are fairly quick. Wife gave it a head nod seal of approvalEdit. Kind of a unique place. I will have to go more to really rate it best. I got the Big Easy burger. It comes with the kind of special sauce that is usually on chicken and it didn't end up being my favorite choice of flavors. However, the quality of the burger was definitely there. I am willing to bet I will like some of their other burgers better. That also have chicken and some other meats too.

First time. Last time. Decided to finally try Wayback Burgers in Edmond. We did not realize it must have been "incompetence" night at the restaurant. There were quite a few people in this fairly small place when we arrived. We took it as a sign of popularity. After ordering we realized very few of these people were actually eating. They had not been served. And wouldn't be for a VERY LONG time. Some left. We should have. It took almost an hour before our name was called. In that time we did receive the shake we ordered which was finished well before the simple order of two burgers got to our table. Neither one was as ordered. The tots never came. Any restaurant can get slammed but this situation was poorly handled. No heads up when we ordered that they were backed up. Some half-hearted apologies were given but no above and beyond effort was made to keep customers appeased. I can't imagine this is a regular occurrence. Otherwise, this place wouldn't still be open. Hopefully they can do better. But there are far too many better burger places in the area to give Wayback another chance.
Tasty Burgers! The staff is cheerful and friendly. There was a small issue with our order, but it was resolved quickly.I'm ready to go back already!
order the nine patty burger with fries & shake on uber eats & the 9patty burger didn’t come with cheese,lettuce, or tomatoes. just a plain burger. little sad cause i wanted the full effect off this burger. with it costing twenty five bucks just for the burger i should get aleast all the toppings
Great food, very tasty burgers! Just melt in your mouth. Fries and tater tots are better than Sonic. Very glad this came from Delaware. Absolutely will be coming back, made a life time customer out my wife and friends.
Delicious burgers, chicken sandwiches, and cheese steaks. Will come back again.
We really wanted to like this place but... When we came in, there were only 2 other parties there and they already had their food. We ordered and sat down but it was very annoying since I guess the manager (?) was training a new cook at the top of her lungs! We couldn't hear each other over it. Plus, from where we were sitting, we could see into the kitchen and it did not look very clean. As far as the food, we both got the cheeezie and thought it was pretty good. The fries and onion rings were from a bag and way too greasy. Considering all that and the fact it took us over 20 minutes to get our food, we won't be back. Sorry about this. We are always looking for really good burgers in the area but this didn't make the cut.
Burgers were above average. The employees are really nice and friendly. We also had the milkshakes. My daughter loved the vanilla. The brownie milkshake is pretty good. I wouldn't rate it a 5.
