Incredible food and service! We ordered take out tonight and noticed our salad was missing when we got home. My husband called to let them know and the manager, John, personally drove the salad to our house! We have never seen such outstanding service like that! We have always loved Upper Crust, but after that experience we will be going even more frequently than before!
As a door dash assistant.. I'm really getting to see some good customer service and some bad.. And let me tell you, This place has some extremely good customer service.. Came right out with order.. Ready to go.. The employee who brought the order was really knowledgeable on the menu.. I am definitely coming back to try.. The smell had my mouth watering.. Definitely try this place out!
I came into Upper Crust with an open mind and wanted to try something new. After chatting with Clint McCoy who is top notch I might add, he helped me decide on a Hawaiian. It was amazing. It was perfectly prepared, Clint and the rest of the crew provided us with exceptional service, and I would HIGHLY recommend him, the Hawaiian pizza, and Upper Crust in general!
Wanted fire grilled pizza without having to drive to the city. Food was ok, I prefer a different restaurant for this kind of pizza. Calamari, kids pizza and a margherita pizza. Something about the sauce that was different. Wasn’t bad, just not my preference. Would consider going to try a different pizza, crust had a good chew. Service was quick and good.
This was the first Pizza I tried when I moved down to Edmond from Stillwater. It was such a breath of fresh air of eating only Pizza Hut and Papa Johns. I'm from the west coast and we have tons and tons of wood fire pizzas there. This place easily kept up with them! They messed up our order the first time, which was responded with a free entree coupon and they let us keep the incorrect pizzas. Came back again and my food was amazing again! Definitely will continue coming and I'm glad to have a great Pizza place near by.
The pizza is good to very good. The ingredients are excellent! Like huge fresh cut mushrooms that appear to be drizzled with oil? maybe? Very good. Charles that works there is excellent with people. Refreshing for once. Thanks!
We need more places like this!!!! We ordered a pizza that has chicken on it. Along with a few other items. They forgot to put the chicken on our pizza. The way the handled this was how things should be handled. They went above and beyond. Not only did they give us the pizza that was messed up which was still good with out the chicken. They gave us the correct pizza and covered our entire ticket. Along with a huge apology. Fantastic customer service!
Great experience. Really good pizza, but a lot pricey. This is a great date night out, but not a weekly or bi-weekly date....
First pizza wasn't up to expectations but the manager stepped up and remade the pizza for us at no charge and even added some fried mozzarella at no charge. I appreciated that. The pizza is typically great here. Picture is of the remade pizza and it was delicious.
This was my first time at the Edmond Upper Crust restaurant. It was an extremely good experience. Service was excellent, thank you Austin, the choices of food are excellent, the prices are in line with all of the restaurants in the area. We were there at lunch time, it was not loud, you could have a decent conversation across your table. All in all everything was perfect and we will certainly be back!
