Ordered online for pick up. Arrived at the location and they locked the door as I was walking in and I was told I had to go get in the drive-thru line and wait. My order was supposed to have been ready almost 30 minutes ago now and I’m still not even at the front of the line. After reading other reviews, this definitely isn’t the first time this has happened.Edit- finally got to the window and they were very polite and I could tell they are just understaffed. Will bump stars up a little bit

The drive time was really quick. New employees it looks like so a lot better! Would come back since it’s running great! Was not stuck in drive thru.

Tried to pick up a Uber delivery and had to wait behind people ordering food. Apparently a health food restaurant doesn't know anything about health. Drive thru only because they are lazy. Claimed it was to protect their customers from covid. Huh? If customers want to take the risk let them and if you are vaccinated you ARE PROTECTED. Apparently either most workers have no critical thinking skills or are just lazy.

Don’t go to Danforth/Santa Fe location, walked in and was told to leave in a pretty rude manner due to not having time for any “new customers” (literally only 3 other people in store already eating) and said she should’ve just locked the door so people couldn’t bother her. I’m completely understanding of shortages and said I was willing to wait awhile to order and give time to catch up on drive through but don’t rudely send customers out of your location if your goal is to make money as a business

I sat in the drive through for 10 minutes and was completely ignored. No signs, no indication they were closed, completely and totally ignored. Pulled through to the window, where I made eye contact with 3 different employes. Nothing. Zero acknowledgement that I existed at all.According to a different review, they aren't taking drive through orders, but there is ZERO indication on the outside of the place.I'm usually a very patient and understanding customer, but this was just the rudest experience I've had in a long, long time, and kinda ruined the mood of the rest of my evening.

I waited an hour for my food and drink, and once I got to the window they said that my order was deleted asked what I got. After words waited another 15 minutes and didn’t even got what I asked for in very disappointed and I spent $15 on something I didn’t want. And when I tried to talk to one of the employees he walked away from the window.

It's all good and well that tropical smoothie has to close a couple hours earlier than normal due to understaffing, that is easy to understand. However what is not easy to understand is your employees letting customers sit in the drive-through for 20 minutes because there was a sign on the front door but not to drive-through saying that the hours have changed. Some of us were raised to not just completely ignore people, wish I could say the same for the girls working tonight.

I don’t know who manages this place and I know there’s a pandemic but on the door it says nothing about the drive thru not being open at the hours posted. I arrived in the drive thru at 10:10 and they are still not open when in fact the hours of operation state that they open at 10. Not a single person is inside. This place is ridiculous. Needs new management.

Waited a full 55 minutes for ONE smoothie, at which point they gave me someone else’s order that had been sitting on the counter for 20 minutes and didn’t have the added supplement I ordered. I want a refund. Absolutely abysmal management - only two workers in store, one of which was brand new. Hire more people.

Leaving this review while I'm stuck waiting.I like the smoothies but it would be faster to go to the store, buy all the ingredients, order a blender from Amazon (without prime) and make the smoothies myself. It's probably cheaper too as their prices keep going up but the service speed keeps going down.
