Had brunch at this place when visiting my son in OK from TX this past weekend. Let me say the food was awesome and the atmosphere was great, but the service was phenomenal. The manager found out we weren’t from there and had us try some new sides they we’d offering which were so good. The waitress was very attentive and friendly, making this an all over great dining experience for our family. Definitely recommend this place and will definitely go back to eat here when we visit again.
Always good and my order was processed quickly! It's one of my favorite go to places and I am always greeted with a smile.
We picked up a large order for a client meeting. Everyone was very kind and friendly. The fajitas were just so so.
The food was outstanding! The chips, salsa, cheese dip and fresh tortillas they give you free when you come in are so delicious and fresh and incredibly delicious! The stuffed avocado was amazing and perfectly cooked and seasoned! I highly recommend!
Good food, with some great fresh made tortillas. Only complaint was getting more chips and salsa. I will say we had a larger than normal group, but other places were able to handle our party throughout the weekend without this shortcoming.
Ted's is always a good place to get food. The online ordering wasn't allowing me to place a To-go order so I popped in and ordered without a problem, time wise... but they forgot to give us our sides of beans and rice to go with our meals. That is the only reason for the 4 stars instead of 5.(Update) 4 messed up orders in the last few times even when coming in to order! Chicken Taco salad... got beef, got steak, just wanted chicken!! Dropped the stars for the fact that I have had to make multiple trips the restaurant to get what I ordered. 5 stars to the Assistant Manager Margarita who was able to take care of everything for us.
We tried to make a reservation for our family of 10 and were told to use call ahead seating and to call about an hour ahead. The evening started off badly when we called and were told to use the online app. Tried that and it said it could not put us on the list with 10 people. Called the restaurant (3rd call now) and were told this time someone had to be there in person to get us on the list. Proper training could have made this whole process easier. So we waited 45 minutes with 3 young kids all under age 7. Got seated. Our waiter was excellent. Got our drinks right and kept them filled. The cheese dip and salsa were super bland so he brought us some Atomic salsa. It looked like the scraps from someones cutting board but had some heat and flavor. Dinner arrived. All orders were correct. My ground beef enchiladas were bland. The rice was flavorless. I guess Tex Mex looks Mexican but tastes like nothing special. It was fine. Until we cut into one of the kids chicken tenders and found what looks like mold? Fungus? At this point the kids had already eaten a strip or two each and we are concerned about their health. Will they end up sick? The manager apologized said he would comp two adult meals. He did take almost $27 off but that doesn't cover 2 adult meals. we weren't going to argue over a few dollars. The best part of my meal was the warm sopapilla with honey. It was crisp and covered with cinnamon sugar. Adding a bit of honey inside just took it over the top. Bottom line - I will never go back. I cannot believe they will send contaminated food from the kitchen. Even if it happened during the processing before arriving, the kitchen staff still deemed it suitable for children and sent it to the table.

This was my first time visiting this restaurant and I'm impressed! The service by Haydn is top notch. The drinks are excellent and all the different salsas they bring to the table are over the top. Large portions with enough to take home for lunch.
The food was good but the service was absolutely horrible. We was told the frozen drink machine was broken, so my friend couldn't order a frozen drink. On the way out we seen other tables with frozen drinks. Our waitress had an attitude the whole time. She brought my other friend her fajitas but didn't bring her any tortillas. I had ordered sides of guacamole and sour cream. We didn't get that and had to ask again. Our waitress seen my glass of tea and our chips was empty. She just looked at them and walked away. I had to ask multiple times for refill on tea and chips. She never brought me more queso even though she seen mine was empty. I asked for side of shredded cheese and never got that. Then my friends ask for to go boxes. I still had half my food left and didn't ask for a to go box. I planned on eating mine. She went to grab my plate and I told her I wasn't done eating. She came back after that and again just grabbed my plate without asking me if I was done. I told her not to touch my plate as I was not done and still had a lot of food on my plate. Then she grabbed my friends plate as she trying to put her food in her to go box and took off with it before my friend was done putting her food in her box. I have never had such bad customer service at Ted's. We was very disappointed.
