The teapioca staff is so friendly. They always take the time to help me find what I want to drink. Even though it's super busy sometimes they still take care of you.
I used to really enjoy going to this place, but they've just started going downhill. The last few times I've been, despite repeatedly noting I want *milk tea*, I still get tea with no milk. I would repeat the same thing four or five times, and it would still come out wrong. I'd prefer to have milk in my milk tea, no other boba shop I've been too messes this up this commonly. I dont understand why they don't want me to have milk :( I'll probably just start going elsewhere. The staff seems very sweet, but very incompetent at times. It shouldnt be so hard to remember to put *milk* in milk tea.
I’ve been here a lot because I work near it, and the service is good but the drinks are really inconsistent. I get the same drink every time and sometimes it’s nice and other times it tastes like water. I think it might have something to do with different staff being trained differently on drinks because I’ve become such a regular that I can tell by whose working if the drink will be normal or strange.
They were so nice and so sweet. I thought they closed at 10 and I walk in 8:55 and they still happily made me an order. Very kind. And the smoothies are amazing.
I’ve been going here for a year now. I’ve been to many other stores in that time and although I think OoCha was very good, Teapioca Lounge is my favorite. I get pretty basic stuff but still, amazing! delicious. makes me do my happy dance. I recommend.
They’re inconsistent with their drinks some days it’s amazing but sometimes they forget what size you ordered.. or don’t listen to your sides and the Highschool staff that runs the place is terrible that’s all

It was such a tasty drink!! I got the strawberry banana smoothie with the strawberry bursting boba and it was delicious.
I come home and my drink had not been sealed correctly, and when I went to pick up my drinks they seemed miserable. Second time I’ve had a drink not sealed correctly
