I waited in drive threw all of 20 mins with only 2 vehicles in front of me & they didnt look like big orders & when i got mine finally it wasnt even hot. The beans so cold they were hard. The staff was rude & unapologetic. Its one thing to wait longer then normal & get served at the windo by kind people & get your dinner hot. Thats understandable but waiting that long & dealing with rude people , & spending $15.00 cold food is just not acceptable. I wont go back to that location
The food is as fresh as ever (maybe fresher). But the building is well beyond its prime. It needs to be renovated. It seems that the kitchen, the outside, and especially the bathrooms detract from what otherwise would be an exemplary fast food restaurant. The dinginess detracts and distracts from the quality of food.3.5 stars.
The entire experience was awful. The bathroom (womens) was gross and no paper towel. Tables and booths were all dirty. Tops not wiped clean. Floors were very dirty. The kitchen was a mess. Employees had stained/dirty uniforms. Orders were getting all mixed up. The cold salsa bar had dried food on it. The soda/tea station was not clean. This was a Thursday at approximately 1:30pm

Visited this Taco Bueno on Easter Sunday. The young man who was working the drive-thru window was one of the best fast food workers I have ever met. He asked if any of us were military (negatve), a senior (yes), then you qualify for a discount on your order. Was very polite and the food was better than any Bueno I've ever visited. Kudos!
The drive thru at every Taco Bueno I’ve been to totally suck! The wait is inexcusable. One time, my wait was 45 minutes! I’m not exaggerating. Right now I’m waiting in the drive thru. I’ve been here fifteen minutes and I’m three cars back. I can’t leave as there are cars behind me. Why can’t they do better??!! If the food wasn’t soo dang good, I would never come here. But believe me, there are plenty of times where I purposely choose other restaurants specificly because of the long drive thru times at TB. Please fix this!
Hard tacos with a little beef a lot of lettuce and no cheese - REALLY?I guess inflation affected me getting cheese on my tacos.I do suggest you check your food before leaving! This place is below sub-par IMO.
The young man at the window for drive through made eye conta, smiled and was so pleasant. Thank you for a brighter day. Even through the drive through!
They were really busy but got us out of there pretty quick. Props to the lady working it behind the counter. She was on top of her game.
First off the couple times we have been its a ridicules wait for to go orders. Today it took 30mins to get our order. Ordered the whole Lotta platter. Get home and they left out the taco, muchaco, and the chips however they put the chip bowl with the queso in the carton and and a teaspoon of guac. The beans were awful. Very frustrating and will probably not be back.
