They forgot to put the cinnatwist we bought in our bag. I mentioned that to them the next time I went there to eat, but still got charged for them. No apologies, not even any acknowledgement to what I told them. Went there last night got 4 spicy potato tacos, 2 had the spicy sauce and two just had the residual of the sauce like maybe ? they had it and then scraped it off idk. They are always cool up there and friendly.
Best place ever they gave me “booty nuggets” inside joke but best customer service made my day the workers are the best and food was amazing!!!

When I dine-in, the employees always try to make casual conversation with me. That may not be for everyone, but I appreciate the employees going one step further to actually interact with me. ??update: an empoyee just offered to take my trash for me! awesome job!
The food was bad last week we had chicken burrito supreme at the one in Guthrie Oklahoma today was told that they don't have them anymore.
The store is always very clean and well stocked. The staff are helpful and pleasant.
We ate here late yesterday evening. We each ordered the cravings box with the grilled cheese melt and we each have food poisoning.
Horrible customer service called to only get hung up on after only answering the phone as her personal phone just a Hello. Called back she answered again with only hello, asked a question to be told that is managment & have no idea, then hung up on. I will never come to this location. Very rude & unprofessional.
