On April 27 we visited your store on Memorial and Bryant. The store was exceptionally clean and had a very good atmosphere. We were greated with a smile and willingness to help by Marquise Washington. He went out of his way to make sure we were taken care of, by repeating our order before building the sandwiches, which can be a daunting task due to we need each sandwich made special. Marquise took the time to make sure we were totally satisfied with our order. He is a true asset to your organization and should be considered a true valued member of your company.

Online order was wrong. Drove back and requested that it be corrected. Workers were reluctant, but after looking at the receipt remade the sandwiches.They were busy, and I was unable to clearly see the sandwiches the whole time. I get home and the order is still wrong on one sandwich.Very frustrating experience. The salads from here are also very inconsistent.

I love Subway!!! Their food is always delicious!!!!However, the tiny little woman who worked this evening was barely putting ANYTHING on the sandwich.

I came through the dive through and waited 5 mins or so for someone to come to the window only to have the guy say come inside like everyone else. Idk why they have a drive though. But they need to put a sign or something.

Just rushed through my order. I purchased a salad to be all chopped up but several pieces of different items were still just sliced and not chopped up well. Both people working the front could have been friendlier. ?

I ordered a footlong double meat sub I got a single meat sub and was told times are tough by the manager I will never go back

I ordered online, they don't have the bread listed and they did not call me to ask what other bread I'd like, when the site says provide a number in case we need to reach you.. They assumed their own choice then the bread they did use was hard and dried up. I sent a video to subway Corp of me flicking the bread and hearing the sounds.Also says drivethru but there is a note saying its closed. Other subways near by.
