Witnessed the girl who was in charge of the veggies and running the cash register use the same gloves to handle cash and with the same gloves going into each veggie container then back to the cash register. Someone needs to go over infection control practices to prevent cross contamination.
Employees are always friendly and my food is always made the way I want
Not sure what the point of ordering online for pickup, if you have to wait for the employees to finishing making everyone's sandwich in front of me before I get my order. I waited in line just like everyone else while my melt sat behind the counter getting cold.
The chicken teriyaki protein bowl was very good.
We were waiting to order and saw a full grown roach crawling on the inside of the glass covering the food.
Twice we've ordered 3 sandwiches with cheese online and both times only one sandwich had cheese. Is this some sort of computer problem?
Honestly, if I could I would give negative stars. The staff is rude and disrespectful. And they aren't helpful at all.

The lady in front of me walked out mad at the worker giving her attitude. Then they made my sandwich with ingredients that were fresh 4 days ago. I gagged eating my sandwich and threw it away. Waste of time and money
