If I could put zero stars I would. I ordered two footlong sandwiches. One was correct, the other wasn’t toasted like I requested, no cheese, bacon was cold, missing sauce. I also ordered chips that apparently they didn’t have but didn’t tell me and just gave us other chips without asking. Then preceded to give me attitude when I asked for the correct chips not knowing they didn’t have them.
Ordered on the app and they didn't send all of the order. When I called the store, the staff member was extremely rude and said she did not have a Manager. Refused to deliver the other items and refused to give credit for the missing items.
This store had great service and great food. The staff was very help. I went to the store onBryant by the school and meet the owner. I now know why the have one star reviews.
I placed an online order for a chicken bacon ranch sandwich, when I received my food and opened it it there was no bacon :/ I just don't know how one of the main ingredients weren't put on the sandwich... I have even tried calling multiple times and no answer....
we waited 25-ish mins for 2 subs when the place was completely empty.
We placed our order online to get the discount available. We walked inside as our sandwiches were being made. I asked for mayonnaise on the bread she told me she would do it after. I told her again I wanted it on the bread she repeated it again she would do it after. I walked away and the person I was with finally convinced her to put the mayonnaise on as I had asked. After she completed the sandwich she then put mayonnaise on top of the sandwich which is not what I asked for. I didn't notice this until we had already left and were on our way out of town.
Kind of off the beaten path but I liked it because it wasn't super crowded the staff didn't seem like they were rushing so the sandwiches were better put together everyone was super nice loved it

I don't think I will ever return to this location the worker there was beyond rude it was like we were inconveniencing him by having him make us a sandwich which hello that's your job. If you don't want to do that then don't be working there.
This location has one employee working. The guy was slamming oven doors closed, slamming bread on the counter tops. He was very unprofessional.
