Dropping review from 3 stars to 1. Even though this is the most convenient location for us to visit we will go out of our way to go to another location. Drinks are often made incorrectly and they are so slow. I have no idea how 15th and Broadway can be so much faster than this location. It's night and day difference.
I don’t remember a time my drink wasn’t messed up…. This Starbucks is the closer to my house so I sometimes come here and every time they completely mess my drink up. I’m paying $6-$7 dollars and it’s a waste every time I come here! Avoid this Starbucks.

This locations only consistent and reliable trait is that they WILL mess up your drink and they WILL give you a hard time about it, I’ve never hated a Starbucks location more. They’re rude, short tempered, and will screw you over every. Single. Time. I literally drive 20 minutes extra to the may and memorial location just so I can finally talk to some friendly faces and get a perfect coffee. Do better k&d.
I go to Starbucks because of the consistency. I don’t understand why employees give a hard time about refills. I give this company a lot of my money. If they don’t want to give refills why does every other Starbucks give refills. What’s the rules? Do employees think I’m trying to screw over these huge organizations? If you want me to pay for my refills change your policy. I need to find a Starbucks that doesn’t change their policies depending on who is on the cash register
This use to be my favorite Starbucks in Edmond and I came here daily, but unfortunately over the past year they have lost all their best employees. The new workers are still nice but are so inconsistent with the drinks. I drive by thinking I’ll give them one more chance and once again I’m disappointed with my order. When I ask for extra, I never get it. Or my cold brew is watered down and flavorless. I have now switched to the Covell and i35 location. They make my drinks delicious every time and I’ll cross my fingers the same doesn’t happen to them.
Fast & friendly service and delicious baked goods are why I like Starbucks.As an add on..I am really hoping Starbucks,the funnel cake drinks will return this summer. They were wicked good!
Well this place is hit and miss. One visit was great. Went on 1/2/2022 and very disappointed. I ordered a vanilla cappuccino and got a cup of hot milk no coffee at all. Not the best location to visit.
Just a quick coffee run to treat myself. Everyone was polite and friendly. Service was quick and efficient.
This Starbucks is ALWAYS out something! Last week, no dark roast at 8 a.m. This week -out of all their breads. They were out of cup sleeves for three weeks and triple cupped coffee orders.
