I come to this Starbucks regularly and usually it is great! However, today I was ordering a crème frappe and when I tasted it they had made it with the espresso, I asked the lady there and she said I had ordered it regular ( I honestly can’t remember wether I did or not) I asked if I could throw it away and she make a new one without and she refused. Honestly I was a little disappointed because I thought they had a satisfaction guarantee policy… I guess I was wrong. I ended up spending around $12 for a drink. Although I will say there service was fast even when it was busier… so props to them on that!!!
Please do not let jacquetta make your drink. I came here to get a grande caramel macchiato with no foam. When I got my drink, there was a lot of foam. I asked her if she could remake it without the foam and the attitude she gave me was very rude and disrespectful. I don’t understand why the attitude was given. This is my 3rd time and she is always there. I have spotted her many times giving other customers attitudes as well and she does not give off a very welcoming experience. The other workers are very nice. Nathan, JD I think the name is, and Kaylee. I don’t know what the manager is doing to fix this or if he even addresses her at all but this needs to be fixed. I now have to either ask another barista to make my drink or visit the store on broadway or bauman. Thanks
I went there for some quiet and wifi to do some quick online work.The wifi wasn't working an the music was loud
It was quick and easy but I could have been easier for myself if I used the app but it took less than 15 minutes to get my drink at 8:30 in the morning phenomenal
Went on my birthday about 30 min before closing. I got the death-stare when we walked in. The drink was thrown together and I had to throw it away. Workers seemed angry that we were there and interrupted their work day. What a waste!
Drinks were funky and not a single customer wearing a mask.Our tea had weird looking stuff floating in it and who puts the sweet cream at the bottom of a cold brew?Not impressed.

Every time I try to add a splash of cream or milk at this location I end up with just a cup of iced milk. Literally I can't even taste coffee at all. I customize every time to say light splash. I have tried so many times, but I give up. If you go to this location I suggest just ordering black coffee or black iced coffee. Otherwise you are going to pay $6 for a cup of milk.
So I ordered the orchard juice that Starbucks just recently came out with. When I received my order the lady didn’t even say my name on my cup she proceeded to make fun of my drink and start laughing. The drink taste as if it was just apple juice poured in my drink. I don’t appreciate the service that I was given. They called everyone else’s name but mine.
