I’ve never really been a huge fan of Starbucks, but this particular store may have changed me. The people are always so polite and they make a delicious white chocolate mocha that I can’t seem to get quite right in my own home. I treat myself every Thursday since it’s my late night for classes and they never disappoint! Shout out to Miss Lydia for always having a smile on her face! The cute coffee pun stickers she and her team members put on my coffee cups make me smile.
Would love to leave no stars. I understand friendliness and interacting with customers, but the employees were completely obnoxious. It is not uncommon for customers to do work at a Starbucks, but don’t try to get anything done here. There were three of us tying to read and study while they were literally screaming, making noises, etc. I frequent area Starbucks to relax or study, but I won’t be coming here.
They can't even make the coffees they allow you to order. They let you get to the window and then refund you instead of even checking to see if you want to substitute it for something else. It's ridiculous. There are significantly better places to get coffee. Go to a different Starbucks. Just don't go here.
Quick, accurate, and friendly staff. When I got to the window the lady offered me Halloween candy. It's the little things.

I embarrassingly go here nearly every single morning to get my usual coffee and everyone that works here is always so sweet! Doesn't matter if I woke up on the wrong side of the bed, they never fail to make my morning better.
Very inconsistent service! My orders have been made wrong more than they've actually been made right and even the remake typically taste nothing like what I asked for or they will try to argue with you as if I haven't been drinking the same drink for years and don't know what it should taste like if made correctly ?. I'd rather go to the one in target or drive to the memorial location.
Terrible! Terrible location - very difficult to drive in and out of. The drive-thru is downright dangerous. The coffee is bitter. I would never recommend this place.
