The thing I like about Starbucks, is you can go to just about everyone in the country and still get the same great service and quality.
Generally great, no complaints - although this is true of most Starbucks locations. This location is a little easier to get in and out of, at least at the time of writing this. I doubt that will persist, given the rate of expansion throughout Edmond. The drive-thru is a little bit of Trap compared to some other locations. For instance, once you're in the queue, you're stuck there. If it's taking too long to order and you risk being late, there's no backing out. the drive-thru is wide enough for a small truck and trailer, or fullsize truck and small trailer Worth noting, vanilla is the only sugar free flavor available. Starbucks desperately needs to expand their sugar free options. Scooter's has Starbucks handily beat in this regard.
The guy working inside was very friendly. There was snow out and the side roads were bad but atleast the 2 people I saw in there made it to work. I hope the manager and owner of this location appreciates that they came to work in such bad driving conditions. I know I appreciated it as I had a 5 hour drive ahead of me.
Excellent and friendly service. Always consistent in their preparation, more so than other locations. Love this Starbucks!
Paden was very helpful and described the dragon drink perfectly to me.
This store has a habit of giving a white chocolate mocha when ordering a caramel mocha. And they regularly forget to add the requested and paid for shots of espresso. Attempting to call them gets me a busy tone every time.
I often go via the drive thru and always have a delightful experience. I prefer this Starbucks over the others even if they're closer to me ?
