The tots and fries were cold. I said no onions on my burger and it had onions on it. To top it off the fries and tots were put in my bag upside down to where they were all in the bottom of the bag.!!!
I ordered 30 dollars worth of food asked for well done tots got tots that are still frozen in the middle. Ordered a foot long chilly cheese cony got a cold foot long hotdog. Epic fail this poor service is not acceptable most definitely will not ever go back!To the owner or franchise who ever it may be no need to respond to this cause I simple will not come back!
I finally got a fresh meal from sonic! My burger and chicken sandwich were both cooked fresh like the good old days when sonic was the best around. I rarely go anymore because the burgers taste like they have been cooked and sitting in a warmer. The cheese doesn't even melt. I got lucky this time. Manager was very professional and apologized for the delay. I tipped him and told him I'm willing to wait for good fresh food.
Not the best experience. The jumbo popcorn chicken was false. I got the crunchy left over that have zero chicken inside them. The manager offered me more because that is all they had..."all of our jumbo popcorn chicken is like that." It's unfortunate. Never asked to replace it with something else or refund my money. The order was obviously inadequate to the standards of the picture displayed on the menu. I declined more crunchy sauce bites.
With so many different sonics in the city to choose from I’m definitely happy that I came to this one specifically.After about the third or fourth time coming here I’ve decided that some sonic locations do it better than others.I’ve had the most fresh food at this location every single time I’ve gone
The fact the bread is thicker then the chicken isn’t a good thing. I mean we expected what was on the menu didn’t even get anything close. Like what the heck? One of the pieces of chicken could of given someone a Paper Cut! Well anyways not very happy. Usually wouldn’t care but if you opened up your food and saw this who wouldn’t be a little frustrated. Guess I just need to go a little further to Guthrie from now on.
Apart from slow service even when it's not busy, the food just doesn't taste the same. I live less than 5 minutes from this sonic off Waterloo but would much rather drive 15 minutes To another sonic location. PLEASE save your money and avoid this location.
Worst experience ever…..ordered at the drive thru and it was obvious she wasn’t listening I had to repeat myself several times. It took longer than it ever has before, as she handed me drinks I asked which one was which she didn’t answer the first time acted put out the second time. Finally got my order and when I asked for a receipt I was told it would be 5 minutes do you want to wait. I have visited this Sonic location for 8 years and this was the worst ever.
I ordered a snickers blast.Snickers are chocolate Coated caramel, peanut chocolate nugget candy bar.I was so disappointed with the product I received.I received a cup of vanilla ice cream with little Itty bitty tiny bits of snickers in it. It tasted bland.I will never order a blast from sonic. There wasn't any blast or any thing to blast about.
October 5,2021 11am order a #1 with no pickles added bacon and jalapeños.I got the jalapeños but no bacon that I paid for!! Wth??Called 3 times no answer !!
