Service was terrible in the drive-thru. Our food was cold and the bread was soggy & soft. The sandwich ended up all over me and my car. The tater tots tasted horribly. I asked for no ice but got extra ice. Nothing was edible. I threw everything away. Such a waste of money. Overall, any Sonic I visit is terrible but this location is the worst so far.
I ordered cheese sticks and a corn dog to go.There was no marinera sauce or mayonnaise included in the bag! Who orders cheese stick without sauce. I been driving all day and just needed a little snack. I will never go to this location again! Work on your customer service. If you need to charge for the sauce, add the sauce to sales! I consider this an incomplete order without the sauce.
The service was much faster than I expected since they were so busy! My Chili cheese Coney was perfect and I like these forks that cut down on plastic. Good job y'all!
Grilled chicken sandwich and tots were made fresh. Manager was very professional and provided great customer service.
This is my favorite Sonic. They have always been super on the spot with getting my food out to me, and unlike a number of other locations I've visited through the years, they've never actually messed up my order. If you want Sonic in the NRH/Haltom/Wautaga area, this is the one
They need to clean the grill and or change grease in the fryers. Jumbo chicken nuggets had an old grease taste as did the burrito with fried eggs and cheese. One star until these issue are corrected. Personnel and service was second to none
Super busy Sonic. Forgot our sweetener, napkins, peppermints, and their tip. Used the app and it didn't show up on the screen like other Sonics so we weren't sure if it had gone through. Hard to give a less than perfect rating to a Sonic but the cargo was less than friendly and even more so when he had to come back with our condiments and his tip. ?♀️
Out of all the places to grab food after freight fest wow!! No one wants to work tonight it's pretty sad!!! Sonic and this gentleman right here knows what its like! This guy needs a raise sonic!!
Our order was wrong, we had missing items and AND food we did get was cold. The manager was not interested in taking responsibility, saying "we were busy". There were only 5 cars there during our visit. He told me if I drove back he would replace the missing food but had no desire to make up for our lost time, cold food or incorrect items. The managers over all attitude that my order wasn't important is why his employees don't care. Save your money, time and taste buds for some place else.
