Sonic/Sonic app is not friendly to people who do not appreciate cheese on everything. Lack of communication between staff a challenge.

Best Sonic we've been to! We order from the app, have been numerous times, and they are SO FAST and accurate! We pull into bay, let them know we are there, and the order comes out immediately!! We go out of our way to go to this one vs. others closer to home!! AWESOME!

Order online two drinks and tots but didn’t realize that I didn’t hit the add to checkout button on one of them so when Rachel the girl that brought my order out didnt bring me what I thought was my whole order I told her she forgot the one drink and she said she would be right out. I check my transaction and realize I messed up so I got out a very generous tip and was going to apologize but after 15-20 minutes of watching her ignore me I finally pressed the button and ordered my drink… she came out and acted like she’s never seen before when she could’ve just came out like a decent human being and said that I didn’t order it and I would’ve paid for it…
