Their mobile app NEVER works. When it does then you have to go through the drive-thru to get it because they usually have their stalls closed so there is no point in using the mobile app. Plus you don't get half off the drinks- good way for them to rip people off. When you do get your order it cold or sloppy or untasty. I visit a sonic at least 4-5 times a week but I don't recommend this Sonic.
This is probably the worst sonic I’ve been tried. Have tried it several times and never actually got food. Looooong waits to even order. More than half the stalls are coned off and screens don’t work. Today stopped by today and found a stall that was actually working and they said they couldn’t take my order bc they are drive though only.
Just completely worthless. Why are you even open? Just close if you can't make it work. 6:50 on a Friday night, not one customer but cant take my order after red button being pressed for 7 minutes? Just go to the one at western and 192nd. They are fantastic. Somehow the economy and workforce are so much more available 2.5 miles to the north. Sure...
Order was wrong and we only had 2 items, they only had drive thru only open and took us 20 minutes to get our order. I will never go to that place again.
Don’t waste your time. If you end up getting your food, it’s never worth ALL the trouble at this particular location. Scary how bad it is
This Sonic is horrible now!! The app is NEVER turned on!! The order screen at the drive through never works! The drive through window is nasty, looks like it is has never been cleaned. The lights are not turned on in the evening, the drive through girl laughed and said so people don'tthink they are open and they can leave by 8!! I live a 1/2 mile from this Sonic, but have been driving to Penn and 164th for better food and service. Please fix your issues and go back to the best Sonic around!! DO NOT USE THIS SONIC,. My husband went there tonight and waited forever in a stall. Finally the little operator came on and proceeded to whisper. With rush-hour traffic on Santa Fe he told her he couldn’t hear her. She then told him he had to go through the drive thru. No signs on the menus, no chains up like on the other side. So he went there and waited forever behind 2 cars, finally a person come out and looks like they are going to take orders, by hand. He wasted no time and got outta there and went to McDonald’s.
This place used to be amazing! But their widely advertised short staffed status has put them on the list of places we avoid. This is the closest Sonic to us but they only use the drive through at present, signs posted everywhere reveal (signs that are finally printed and laminated not just hand written) due to staffing shortages. I drew the line after the third time I waited over 20 minutes just to get drinks and couldn't use their app to get the happy hour prices whenever. Hopefully, they (like every other industry in the country) can rectify the staffing needs and get back to how they used to be.
Somehow they are getting remodeled when they don’t even have enough staff to be fully open. One of if not the worst Sonic I’ve ever been to
