Couldn't leave a review on postmates so here I am, the resturaunt canceled my order 10 minutes before they closed after I had already waited an hour for my food. Sorely disappointed that they apparently decided they didn't want to make food that close to closing time when they should have been working on it for at least 20 minutes before they even canceled it because the driver had been waiting at the resturaunt for at least that long... pure laziness in my opinion, and sad that a resturaunt doesn't want to do their one function and cook food when it's ordered.
Great drinks, decent food, and employees are average. I can't comment about the cleanliness because you can't go inside! Interesting design. My favorite thing to get here is the chocolate chip cookie dough blast!
I have never had to spit my food out because it was that nasty until today. All our food was over cooked and tasted stale. The tots were nasty burnt and stale, chicken strips near burnt, buns were burnt. We spent $20 and couldnt eat it our food. I knew I should have checked our food before I left.
Food was made very bad. The credit card machine didn't seem to work and I told the server she could take my card in. She said for me to hold on to it while she double checked. Another lady came out and yelled from the door that the card didn't work and then yelled it didn't go through. They ran the card inside and it went through fine. I made sure to get a receipt in case of anything weird going on. They turned off the lights before I could leave the parking lot almost an hour before close. My server was polite and nice.
I used to go to Sonic all the time because it’s my favorite place to get Drinks and sometimes food. This has changed dramatically since moving to Edmond,OK due to the poor customer service. Every time we come here it’s like it’s a burden to get us our drinks or food and the attitude of almost everyone I’ve dealt with at this location is POOR! Back home in TX I have never had so many problems as I have had in the last year with this location. Something needs to change in order to get my business back!
We were in town for a school competition. Went later at night for chili cheese tots. Service was fine and food was good but the portion seemed so small.
Grilled Chicken OR drink. Grilled chicken was plump juicy and Tender. Rings were fat bug and fresh cooked csr hop was very nice and thankful for the tip. Great experience. Liked menu board advised foid on the way.
Okay I rarely post a review if I'm unhappy.I really only like to post reviews that are rave reviews but unfortunately I cannot with this Sonic.I understand that it's hard to hire people when you don't want to give them a solid or MUTUALLY flexible schedule plus you don't want to pay them a living wage, plus no insurance except for management. I get it. I wouldn't want to work for you either.But if you can't keep your store running one way or the other where people don't have to spend 20 minutes and a freaking drive-thru.Maybe you should go into business doing something else.
Went through the drive thru cause the stalls were roped off (no help), was going to tip but she closed the sliding door-maybe we're not supposed to tip in the drive thru? Not sure but the people that actually show up to work deserve a tip!
My sausage egg croissant was fresh and delicious. Happy Holiday's Everyone?⛄????
