This place is getting worse and worse I understand that they are understaffed but when I order three items two of them are drinks and they completely mess them up and one was a simple order of onion rings and somehow I got French fries. You can't use the app to order at this location you can't use the stalls to order there it is only drive-thru this location is not worth going to anymore honestly I don't see it staying open for very much longer. For a simple order of onion rings and two drinks they got completely messed up pretty disappointed
It appeared that they had closed all the stalls and was only offering drive thru drive so I tried to order with the app to speed up the process and get my half price drinks since it wasn't happy hour but they were not taking app orders either. This is new. Drive thru did move pretty fast considering and my pretzel was super yummy!
Sonic is pretty much Sonic no matter which location you visit. Seems like various locations are forgetting to add the after dinner mint and a couple napkins. Maybe adding a mint option on the app would be wise. Heck maybe offer a 5 pack of mints for .50 o even a buck...million dollar idea....perhaps...Sonic worth a visit
I pull in and get a menu board at 930 and just to be told they are only serving drinks at this time and only taking orders in drive thru. If you are so under staffed that you cant make food then the store needs to be shut down until you have enough employees to serve food. This is highly unprofessional
Sonic needs to change the system for delivers. Why are you making the drivers wait in drive thru. Just don't make no sense.
Signs indicating drive thru only were too small to see until inside stall.Water was nasty, but other drinks were good
Sat for almost 25 minutes at the window and then find out the coupons we gave them they didn't use so had to pay full price. Also had green tomatoes on my burger.
this one really should be closed. At least until they can have more than 2 people working at a time. Closing the bays and only running the drive thru doesn't help if you can never get an order right
I come here all the time. The employees are awesome, always friendly and work super hard. Unfortunately they are always understaffed and overworked :(. Ordering in the mobile app makes it really easy and there are lots of deals
The assistant manager tried to not give my change back and when I asked for my change she got an attitude like I did something wrong !! Plus I paid five dollars for a breakfast burrito that was about as big as my pinky finger
