Was here a month ago, I was eating inside, and only 2 people working. The cashier was on the phone when I was ordering I assume to the owners, about having to leave for something. I got my sandwich, she asked someone coming in to lock the entrance door for her. After they ordered she left, leaving 1 guy in there to make the sandwiches. I went back day before yesterday , they had more staff, but I assume again it was the male owner there. I could hear uncontrollable coughing from the kitchen. He came around to take my order, struggled not to cough, then I got my drink and sat down. I watched him walk around the kitchen, no mask, coughing like crazy. When he walked past employees coughing, they looked at him like they were upset with him in the kitchen like that. He then came out and stocked the drink lids and straws, coughing horribly without even trying to cover his mouth. A couple minutes later, he brought my sandwich. As soon as he walked off, I threw the whole sandwich and drink away and left. I won’t be back….

I guess this establishment is under new management, I showed up at 7:42pm and noticed their dine in hours changed to 8pm, the doors were closed, but they are still doing drive thru until 10pm. So why do they have this banner posted in the front? They also removed all draft and beer. This just kind of seems lazy to me, I really liked this establishment but I have not been happy with coming by here lately.

Great place for a sandwich. Was fun to recreate a new york deli vibe out here on Oklahoma (the south? Midwest? What is Oklahoma anyway?)I got some Italian number with salami and I think the salami was very unique to this chain.

I have been at this store several times. The food is good and fresh , but the staff isn't very friendly. They have always been rather dismissive. The last time I was there the door handles to the entrance were STICKY and rather gross. Before I placed my order I told the young lady at the counter the door handles are sticky and need to be cleaned. She did not acknowledge anything just looked at me blankly. I told her again thinking maybe she didn't understand or hear me. Again, no acknowledgement, only asked what I wanted to order. After I placed my order she went back into the kitchen to talk to the kitchen staff. It was a weekday, about 10:45 in the morning. No other customers were there.

This particular location did not function like the others I've visited in Oklahoma. The store's door were closed with a sign to go around by the drive-thru. I had problems ordering a special on the app, but the lady told me there was nothing she could do, even though I explained that I had trouble and had tried about 10 times. Literally, she said there was nothing to do if the app was acting up and that I should look around myself for a phone number within the app for help.I went to a different location and I had no problem with the manager solving my issue in 30 seconds. I won't ever come back there:Schlotzsky's Edmond

I ordered a chicken Caesar salad for my wife and their signature multi meat sandwich. The person told me that they only had a spicy bread which did not bother me. The problem was that their sandwich was burned and sloppily constructed. The salad was fine but not special (the lettuce didn't seem very fresh).I didn't call the mgr because it was later in the evening and I frankly forgot until just now.I'm not sure if we will return to this store.

Last visit the dining room door was locked early. Today I gave the store another chance, but never again!. 7pm and I’m told all they have to sale tonightis soup and salads. Danforth and Kelly location is only three miles away, and I’ve always gotten good service and food there.

Terrible experience today. Ordered online, picked up in drive-thru. Orderered four sandwiches, they were all terrible. The bread was disgusting, was definitely not the typical sourdough ive gotten at other locations. My bag of chips were all crumbles, there wasnt one single chip in it. Other sandwiches i ordered barely had meat on it, couple sandwiches had no mayo and one tiny slice if avocado that was brown. Just the worst food ive ever had to pay for, so disappointed and upset i spent my money on this food i wouldnt even give my dog.

These guys making sandwiches like the money is coming out of their pocket with a sandwich with one or two peices of meat. Won't be back.

Placed an online order for the drive thru, only to wait for 10 minutes with no response. After no luck in the drive thru I went inside to see my order sitting on the counter, which I grabbed and went back to my car. Once I got into my car I realized only one thing I ordered was in the bag, so I went back inside to get the rest of my order, only to wait 8 more minutes for them to make my salad. Throughout the entire experience, none of the workers said a single word to me… I love Schlotzsky’s but this definitely left a bad taste in my mouth and I will not be visiting this location again.
