I have always loved Schlotzsky's. Haven't visited much here, in this area, with the nearest one being in an inconvenient location. We decided to make a mobile order. I noticed (in the app) that you can order extra meat, so I went for that. But I was totally disappointed in the result. It was as though a container of meat was dumped in and then wrapped up. Way, way too much meat and zero flavor. Definitely NOT the flavourful sandwich I'm used to. But my son and wife's sandwiches were (I am told) great. So, lesson learned. If I feel especially hungry, order two regular sandwiches (just for me) rather than one sandwich with extra meat!
My friend and I visited this location today and were super impressed. The gentlemen working the drive thru today was phenomenal. Please give this man a raise. We’ll be back for sure!
This place doesn't get the credit it deserves. Alot if food for the buck! Everytime we go there, it doesn't disappoint. always hot and delicious! A healthy fast food!
The person who normally takes orders hadn't shown up and a female manager was having to step in. She was totally out of her element. Kept referring to the person she was having to step in for. Her whole manner was off.
update - they made it rightHad a problem with an online order - missing sandwich I had paid for. Tried to call multiple times. No answer and the voicemail box is full so it won't take new messages. Not great. Not impressed.
There is no sandwich like this one. The menu is a bit pricy, though. But the sandwich is phenomenal.
Cashier was not knowledgeable. Manager was rude. When i was speaking with her, she did not stop moving the entire time. She was gruff and acted like i was bothering her. The wall says they serve 4 breads..Sourdough, wheat, rye and jalapeño. They only had 2, Sourdough and jalapeño. Manager said the wall was old and corporate had not come to paint over it. Why not put something in front of it, like the trash can? To not do anything is misleading. Aside from not having the breads we wanted, they also did not have french onion soup. I got the french dip sandwich, which had all the ingredients that go in french onion soup. The sandwich was very salty and greasy. The Sourdough was a bit hard. I will not go back to this location.
Employees are always standing around talking when I come pick up and never have the order started until I get here, the point in ordering ahead is for it to be ready when I arrive.
It says they’re open until 10pm yet it’s 9pm and they’re closed. So disappointing that businesses won’t update their times
Great product and service always has been a favorite place to go
