I eat here often, they have a good selection of burgers an salads. For alternative meat selections, I like the Impossible mushroom an swiss burger. Otherwise I don't suggest the meat substitute due to the after taste. The plant based burger currently served is way too spicy and crumbly for my taste of burgers. That being said, I started going to S&B's long before having kidney disease. I'm just happy to see a restruant making an attempt to serve alternative food selections so I can still enjoy going out with friends and family. Always nice an prompt service. Thanks a million!
My first order was wrong. Called and spoke with a guy that answered the phone and was told I would receive a credit never did. So I filled out the email survey and received an email with a coupon code. Placed another order and was charged full price. When picking up my order I spoke with Lauren concerning the coupon code and the charge. She was very nice and voided my order. A few days later the charge was still on my account. Called again was placed on hold for 10 minutes by another manager who took my card information. Still no credit to my account. I'm done with all S&B locations because the customer service at this location SUCKS!
wish no stars were an option. BEWARE of JOE KITCHEN (GM) AND STEVEN(employee) they do NOT know the menu. I spent 10 minutes on the phone trying to explain that I would like a 1/4 patty instead of a 1/2lb patty. they told me they would upcharge me for LESS FOOD. the literal general manager couldn't get the order right. I've spent YEARS in food service and I am truly appalled at the horrendous customer service. Joe was very disrespectful and hung up on me. I honestly wouldn't trust the food either with those employees behind the counter.
Food was very good I'll give'em that a little pricey, but service was slow it was lunch time but I literally watched a man walk in make eye contact with the waitress, sit down at a table for 10 minutes nobody said anything to him and he got up and walked out the door. They did compliment us our appetizers because it did take a while but other than that great environment seems like a nice place to have a beer with the fellas or ladies.
not a big deal but 20 minute wait on a Sunday night at 7:00. Sit down and get greeted by a waiter whom seemed a little new. We place our orders, And then proceed to wait almost a full hour to get our food which would clearly even sitting in the kitchen for some time as it was all lukewarm. The restaurant essentially was completely empty by the time we got our food. Portion size especially on the loaded fries was underwhelming to say the least. They made a new order that was significantly better but it also approved that all of the food had clearly been sitting back there for extended amount of time because the difference in quality was pretty striking.They comped the fries, And try to make it right, but this entire experience here was pretty pathetic. So much so that I probably won't be back
Awesome every time. Love the chips and salsa, chicken tenders. Mike was great! I go as often as i can. Highly recommend!
I had the Fire burger and my husband had the Black & Bleu and we were both over the moon! Sooooo delicious! I am embarrassed to say that we also had the large order fries that we shared but it was enough for four people! Loved that they had great music playing but not too loud, & hubby loved football on the big screens.
I really enjoyed the beef queso. I asked for fries instead of chips and a Turkey burger. I dont recommend the S&B's off May and Memorial instead, go to Edmond or the one-off NW Expressway.
I love the pepper jack cheese cubes! They are a must have. I really enjoy the option to do sliders on days when I'm not that hungry. It's a great place, with amazing burgers.
Great burgers. Good drinks. It's really nice to have something non-fast food on this side of town.
