Really disappointed with this location lately. They don't pay attention to what you're ordering in the drive thru and have to repeat yourself four or five times before they finally get it correct. The last 3 times we have asked for extra fries in place of coleslaw and they just move some of the fries over. If they ask if you would like ketchup, which they rarely do, no matter how many meals you have they give you only 2. And if you ask for more, or ask for ketchup when they didn't ask they act like it's a huge burden. Tonight however was the worst of our recent visits. We went through the drive thru and ordered 2 combos with extra fries instead of the coleslaw, and my husband asked for no ice in his drink. The person who took our order asked if my husband was done, and he said yes. The person taking the order did not repeat it to us, and when they gave the total it was unusually high. When we made it to the second window the teenager was very rude when my husband asked them to repeat our order and found out why it was unusually higher price because instead of replacing the coleslaw they put that we wanted 2 extra sides of fries. We get that corrected and they hand my husband his drink, which he had asked for no ice, and it had ice (when they read the order back they said no ice) and the person at the window angrily said well it didn't say no ice. They then got him his drink without ice, and decided not to put ice in my sweet tea. Then when they gave him our food they slammed the window and turned their back to it ignoring my husband who was trying to ask for ketchup. As we were pulling away they opened the window to laugh that they ignored him.We will no longer be visiting this location.
Normally a huge fan of Cane’s and have come to this specific location multiple times but today the chicken smelled and tasted like cigarettes and we could not finish our food which never happens. Not sure if the oil they’re cooking with is burnt but it was really quite disgusting. Probably going to end up driving an extra 15 minutes away to the next closest location to avoid this happening again.
Getting a 3 star because some days it's fantastic-hot, fresh food...other days cold fries, chicken over cooked. I will continue eating at canes praying its a good day lol

Location was clean with some neat decor. No lines, and not a long wait for our food. Love their chicken ?
You want chicken strips with a great dipping sauce? They have it but that's all they have
Great chicken tenders. If I want to be a hero to my wife and kids I go get Caines. It did take me 45 min on a Sunday night to get through the drive thru. That was more than slow but hey everyone will be happy
Can't go wrong with Canes. Service is always nice and food is always fresh.
Canes is good place for chicken. Only down side I found is sometime the chicken strip size seems to verry from day to day. But I can't find a pattern.
The sauce is worth eating here. The sauce is the only reason for going.
