Just had to share this funny picture of a kid standing outside this popular restaurant. His friends were there with him for moral support. He was holding a sign that said “I broke curfew and my parents are great.” LolAlso, Qdoba’s food was awesome as always. Filling, flavorful and fast! Great place to stop!
While I love Qdoba, I have tried to postmaste from this address at least twice and they were both canceled. I had to order from the one off Bryant even though this one is closer.
I have yet to meet the notorious eye-roller mentioned in the other reviews. That is probably because I have only done online to go orders. So far this location seems to be the best Qdoba location in Edmond. Food is good and they usually get our orders correct.I greatly appreciate that they keep their To Go orders behind the counter which keeps the theft of orders down.
I like the Qdoba menu and prefer it to Chipotle. Prices are similar at both places. I like the variety of choices at Qdoba. But I probably won't come back to this location. It's my first time visiting here but the young, blonde woman ruins the experience. I was surprised by how rude she was, not only to me as a customer but also to her coworkers. She had a rude tone, rolls her eyes, ignores people. I'm not sure what she's so bitter about but I won't be back to be a customer of hers because who needs to be treated that way when restaurants are on every corner.
The other day I went in and one of the ladies doesnt know how to roll a burrito. And the other lady doesnt know how to sack the burrito... literally got the burrito in a paper sack with the toppings in bag. The foil separated from the bag when trying to pull out burrito, needless to say I rolled my own after I had to get toppings out of bag to put back in burrito... I enjoy the quality of the food so much! But the staff that is working is very rude, one person in particular. This makes the experience much worse than it would to be greeted politely. The young lady that looks like a high schooler really does need an attitude adjustment constantly rolling eyes, seeming like she would rather be anywhere else. I love Qdoba but this will definitely make me come to this location less.
My burrito was good, but one soda fountain was out of service and, one dispensed the wrong amount of syrup or something. anyways it was tart so just don't plan on ordering a drink.
Overall the store itself looks great and it depends on the day the quality of service you receive. The food is good bit they consistently make easy to correct mistakes.
We love David, Jeremy, and Gabriel. This team is top notch and they always greet us with a smile. We have NEVER had any problems with the food, the cleanliness or customer service. They are just wonderful.
Great food, but they need to try and separate their call in orders from their walk in orders so the peeps in line aren't waiting forever for them to finish the call in orders first before getting to the walk ins. Some peeps don't have a long lunch and when they get a chance to go to a place that doesn't have a drive thru and has to wait for them to finish the call ins is a little sad. Just my opinion. But yes, great food and the cashier was very friendly
