One of the worst meals I've ever had everything I ordered was at least 2 hours old when I ordered it. The shrimp was so old and dried it looked dehydrated. The fries almost broke my teeth trying to eat them and even the biscuit was so hard I could have knocked someone out with it. Couldn't even get the coke right.... no carbonation. Wow... never ever going here again.
My boyfriend and I went to this Popeyes near closing time on a Saturday evening and ordered chicken and fries through the drive-through. They were very short staffed, and when we received the food and pulled over to eat it, we felt as though it was subpar, the fries were not warm and the chicken had been sitting around. We drove back through the drive-through and spoke with Trevion who I believe was the manager. He apologized and offered to make it right and asked us to pull forward and he would make everything fresh. After about six minutes, he brought us what we had ordered and more. He gave us extra chicken strips and shrimp. He was a wonderful young man, very nice, great customer service, and the food was excellent. Based on the experience with Trevion, I would definitely return to this Popeyes!
Ridiculous. Freaking ridiculous. EXTREMELY slow drive through. Finally got my order after 20 minutes in the drive-through only to get it home and find out they got part of it wrong. Came back to find out the doors are locked and they will not answer if you knock or pull on the doors. Completely ignored me. Tried to call and they don’t have their phone turned on, you get a message “your call cannot go through at this time.“ So I am in line again behind five freaking cars while I wait for there once again EXTREMELY slow drive through just to get what I ordered the first freaking time. Also, what other fast food places do not include a drink with their “combo meal?“ If it is included, why was there an extra $.50 charge for each drink that I ordered with each combo meal? Idiots.
Is there one Popeye’s in the country worth going to? Food is delicious, but not one I ever been to that didn’t have horrible service, long waits and nothing but attitudes. This store take the cake. Nothing fast about this place.
Food delivery driver- waited in drive thru for over an hour, did not have everything ordered, and staff was rude and clearly was just there to babysit the store. Owner is wasting money keeping the doors open in my opinion.
Waited in line for 20 minutes just to get to the speaker and find out they are only taking card at the time and I only had cash. It sucks that there were only a few employees working and I understood and was patient for that but if you have people waiting that long then you need to make sure you have a sign saying you aren't taking cash so the people who can't pay with card can leave. Had to rush somewhere else so my daughter could eat lunch before we had to be somewhere.
This location is always out of everything. And you never know when they will be open. I have been a few times and they have signs up saying they are closed due to not enough staff but yet there are several employees standing in the store watching you through the window. Last night we tried to get dinner. They said that they were out of all sides and biscuits. They literally had only chicken. So disappointing. Saddest location ever!
I sat in the drive through for 30 minutes and I just left because the line was not moving and the employees inside were just standing around talking with each other. BTW this has happened to me twice now. That's okay I went to Rasing Cains and I was very pleased.
Make sure and check your orders today just got back to my work and found that they shorted me food check my receipt and I paid full price for for a number 8 5 piece all I recieved is 3 tiny strips. 12 bucks for a drink 3 tenders. And their phone is disconnected dont bother trying to call them !
Worst Popeyes we have ever been too. No drive thru orders accepted, only online, the inside seating is locked up and has been for ever. Prices are not listed, when ask you are told you either want it for what we sell it to you for or you can leave. Manager is horrific in manors & what employees that work look like they are crack heads. We will not return here unless we find it is under new ownership/management.
