Pizza was great but 4 times in a row I have received an incorrect order. I am unwilling to call and have them fix. Mine was WAY WRONG. Ordered one pizza for me then one pizza for kids. Got two exactly the same orders for kiddos. So they loved it. I won't be ordering again.
Terrible customer service, made my pizza wrong and the manager would not fixed even though I was told I would get a free one, it never came. DON'T GO HERE
The online ordering has changed where I can no longer find a place to change the crust to stuffed crust and no longer can make the crust garlic/buttery. Had to just order it with regular crust which is disappointing.
The entire experience was terrific! Ordering food online is not always easy, but this was a snap. The pizza came within 20 minutes & was perfectly prepared. It was delivered to our front porch and the driver cheerfully waited to smile & wave before he pulled away. EXCELLENT!
We were just driving through Edmond and decided to stop for the night. A Pizza hut driver had just made a delivery to our hotel and he gave us information. We ordered a pizza and the food was delivered almost before we were able to check-in and get to our room The food was hot and very good.
2 hr delay for pizza at 2 pm on Saturday? Wonder why? Drove up there to get my order and they are all out front smoking! And then they all go in to make my pizza with their smoke hands! SMH
Our pizza was very hot and fresh and delicious! The drink we ordered was nice and cold. We received our order quickly and our delivery driver was friendly.
The people who have delivered to me are amazing people deserved nothing but the best of love. It was on time and had great service. The pizza is great but last time my mother got sick from the sauce so my recommendation is to work on the sauce and you will definitely get the strongly agree next time.
