Ordered for first time, because they were open late, until 1am. Got there at midnight to pick up and they were closed up tight. On a Saturday night!An hour before they were supposed to close! Made me really mad. What's worse, I tried to call and leave a message for the manager, but the answering machine would not allow that. Plus, the order showed that my pizza had been picked up! Not impressed!
My food came about 20 minutes ago around 1:20 I believe, today June 5th.The pizza is phenomenal as usual, my total came to 26.62$ and I handed the delivery driver 40$, and he looks at me and asks if I want my change, I was a little taken aback by that, I planned on giving him the rest of the 40 as a tip for getting here early anyways, after I got my change back. The question just felt a Loaded like he was seeing if I was going to tip him before the transaction was over. Which is a little rude.
-update May 9 2022-Exactly the same scam for the phone service. They went through the order collected the money from my card and then proceeded to tell me it would be 80-90 min (1.5 hrs) to receive the order! The agent had ab extremely thick accent and was very hard to understand. After I asked to refund and cancel they called the store and said no longer than 50 min.I asked to make a formal complaint about charging customers BEFORE letting them know the wait will be 1.5 hours but the representative said he appreciated my opinion and disagreed with me and saying they don't know how long the wait will be until they check the system... I corrected him and I'm sure he did nothing.The deliver charge is now $5.99. they asked for my phone number "in order to complete the order" but after the call sent me a text message enrolling me in promotional texts. I had to decline the texts manually. I was fraudulently enrolled without my permission. I'm concerned about where the call center is located and what is done with my phone number.The delivery did arrive in 25 minutes from my local branch and the pizza was well made which was awesome.January 2022 - They will absolutely not and said they "cannot" give you an estimated delivery time until after you pay with your card. This forces you to pay and then haggle for a refund and wait for your money back if the wait time is excessive. I cancelled the order.
I’m not sure what changed about a year ago. This was always our go to for consistent pizza. Now it’s always over cooked. Has the ownership or management changed?We typically order one pizza per week but have decided to start using other options.
Papa Johns is always a great place to get pizza. I have never been disappointed with the food.
Pizza came fast… but half ingredients were off and not able to be put back very anjoying

Pizza was delivered cold and burnt. Spoke with someone and he stated that they only had 1 driver and he couldn't guarantee a hot pizza. He did refund me.
We placed an order with this restaurant and debit card was charged. We never received our order and no one ever called. When I called the restaurant the manager said he didn't know why it happened, I asked what he meant. He asked me how was he supposed to know what happened. I said, Well, you're the manager". He hung up on me. Now that's service! Will never order from here again and I recommend you don't either.
Very disappointing pizza. Ordered for my fiancé (who is the least picky eater I know) and he said the dough was undercooked and there was very little toppings on a pizza that was supposed it have extra.
