I come in about four times a week to this location in the mornings for coffee to go. On a typical week, one of my visits will have a cold coffee or an empty pot. This week I have only received one acceptable coffee. I hope this was just one bad week, if this is a pattern I'll be cancelling the coffee subscription. I will update this review if the situation changes for the better
Door dash delivered my order to some other building, I called and the store and the girls who answered were so helpful. They made me a new order and the catering girl brought it to personally. This is customer service you dont see everyday and I am super thankful! They both need raises!
They are consistent in there ability to mess up at least one thing on your order. Took 3 tries last time and the manager had to personally deliver the rest of the order when we didn't receive 2/3 of it. Tried again and got 8oz of broth and a couple carrots instead of the Chicken Noodle bowl I ordered.
I enjoy all of the food at Panera. Nothing is fried. That's awesome ! And healthy eating is a goal of mine and Panera makes that possible. The cleanliness and prompt service makes it a very nice dinning experience.
Hard to go wrong with Panera. Great salads, soup, and bread. You won't be disappointed. I was taken back a little this time, not quite sure how to justify this, but $77.00 for three soups, salads, and a baguette is out of line. Check your pricing when ordering.
I just wanted a hot cup of tea for my very tired wife; they gave it to me for free. It was a small blessing on a rough day. Thank you.
I love right out of the garden fresh. This salad is a really fresh salad! Undecided me bought two soups. The ?soup is delish. The ? ?soup scrumptious in cold winter weather. The chicken form whatever sandwich. YUM. I feel like the sizes shrunk though. Did they? I hope its just me. I will try to remember to check back if I find an answer.
Tonight I preserved chicken noodle soup on way home from work. Feeling sick I couldn’t wait to get and try the hot soup. It was cold and I only live 3 min. From Panera. AND the soup had absolutely NO noodles, one piece of chicken and the rest was plain broth!! No veggies!!…I paid a lot for this soup so I tried to call Panera. No answer, after calling 3 times. I would like my money back!! I will be going back tomorrow to let them know.

I got the steak and white cheddar sandwich. For some reason they think horseradish sause would taste good so swap it with Chipotle sause. I wish they could plan better. They seem to always be out of everyone's favorite cinnamon crunch.
