Fast & Friendly Service, Food was Excellent, Best I've ever had so far‼️

Had other Panangs in okc before but this one is my favorite.. simply for the fact that when you ask for a spice index beyond the normal 5, they really do make it spicy which I appreciate. Will be back.

Our waiter was super friendly. The ambience is nice and romantic, there was a pianist when we arrived ?. The only issue we had was with the beef noodle soup being too sweet, we wanted spicy but it was kind of spiced on the sweet side. Other than that, we had a nice experience and would go back to this place.

Great little place and the food was GREAT. We have eaten at 4 different Thai restaurants in the area since we moved here 9 months ago...By far the best one. We will be back

Wow wow wow, let’s start off with the fact that I walked in the door and someone actually greeted me and sat me right away. Next as I looked around the restaurant I was so pleased to see how sparkling clean everything was from the floors to the ceilings. Next the waiter came great recommendations the food was absolutely amazing. I will come back to this restaurant again and again it’s close to home but I would drive extremely far if I had to for the quality of food and service I received here tonight. Thank you for a great Dane experience for me and my family

I've eaten here before and enjoyed it well enough, but tonight was the worst experience I've had. We ordered takeout through their online ordering at 5:55 PM. The order tracking said the food would be ready at 6:40 PM, which was understandable for a larger order (5 entrees) on a Sunday night. We arrived at 6:40 PM, but the waitress said our food wasn't ready yet. We waited 15 minutes before going up to the counter again to check on our order status. The waitress told me the food wasn't ready yet, but she would call out my name when it was.We waited on a bench for 50 MINUTES while countless other customers came in and left with their takeout within 5 minutes. I've worked in a restaurant, so I understand being behind or overwhelmed with orders, but it was clear that other people's orders were being prioritized over ours. There was no reason for us to waste an hour of our night sitting in the doorway of the restaurant while plenty of others got their orders when expected. When they finally called my name, they apologized many times and offered us free spring rolls, which was kind. When we got home and started eating, I found the food WAY too spicy. My mom and I both chose the soy sauce noodles with spice level 2 out of 5, but my mouth was burning with every bite I took. I had to switch meals with my sister who has a higher spice tolerance than I do because she ordered the pad thai which was not spicy. Overall, I was just disappointed with all aspects of this experience. Will not be returning.

The lunches are really good and a really good deal. The food is delicious. They serve on attractive ceramic dishes, the place is lovely and the staff is too notch.

Love the padtai(if I spell it correctly) glass noodle. Level 5 spicy is a must try. Lunch set is a solid combo ?Staff are nice

Excellent service and food. Flavorful and many options including veggie options.

We normally love going to Panang, but this time it took nearly 15 minutes for someone to even come and take her order. We ordered kids chicken strips for a three-year-old and the waitress said okay and brought back fried rice with chicken in it. Our waitress never returned after giving us our food. After sitting there for nearly 30 minutes without being served even water, i stood up and saw our waitress was on her phone in the corner, so I had to get up and ask for the check. We told them we just wanted chicken strips and asked if they could take the fried rice back and not charge us for it, since obviously we did not want or ask for fried rice. They basically said it was our fault and that we need to be more clear. After arguing for about five minutes she finally said she would take it off this time, but next time we need to be more clear on what we want. I told her that the waitress who was serving us said okay when we ordered chicken strips and she said well it’s obviously stated on the menu that it’s fried rice. I told her they need to be more clear and she continued to insist that it was my fault. Even though the waitress said okay to order chicken strips. I’ve never had so much sass and disrespect from a restaurant and definitely won’t be returning to this Panang5 location. Also, it should be known that this was at 4:30pm and we were the only people in the restaurant. I guess if you’re the only ones there, they just forget to serve you.
