Today we came in ordered our food. Waited 15-20 minutes for our food. Everyone that had came in after us had been served and were practically gone. My wife asked twice about our food. The staff was rude and just kept telling here we’re working on it. It was just three bagels with cream cheese nothing crazy. Finally when the food came out it was cold. We will never come back to this location. I’d the staff spent more time taking care of customers and less time joking and laughing and messing around in the back things would go smoother. Very disappointed
We have always loved Old School Bagel in Edmond, but they have a consistency problem and I'm not sure I will be back. My favorite thing to get there is the jalapeno cheddar bagel, but it seems as if every other visit I get the regular jalapeno. I am always very clear with my order, and don't always stop to check the bag because of having to dig around in our full bag for it. I'm always so disappointed when I get home and it's the wrong bagel.Not a huge deal and certainly in life there is more to be upset about, but this consistently happening has made me more hesitant to choose this shop. Other places I go consistently put the right order in my bag that I paid for... probably won't be wasting my time or money here for awhile.
This used to be my absolute favorite Old School location because it's right by my office and the quality of food was amazing. In the past three months, the consistency and quality of not only food but service as well has been extremely disappointing. There has been a change of management that has effected the quality and due to that I will be spending more of my time at the Covell location.
Just spent close to $20 on breakfast all to get home and find that I got literally the equivalent of 2 TINY slices of avocado on my freaking AVOCADO SUNRISE. My husband reiterated multiple times that he wanted the bacon EXTRA CRISPY… had to throw all of the bacon away because they obviously don’t listen or care about the job they are paid to do. I convinced him to go to this location and give it one more try and you guys completely failed. Won’t be spending our hard earned money on this place again. Maybe it’s time to close this location down too….
The bagels are so fresh and delicious. Fast friendly service.
Usually love this place but lately the consistency has been lacking. Called the manager just to give feedback, not to get anything free or even have them correct their mistake, but she just made excuses. I shouldn’t have to pay extra for the cream cheese to cover the bagel. I think the picture speaks for itself. Not sure I’ll go back.
Been eating here ever since we moved to Edmond 2 years ago. Always get the same thing, avocado sunrise on a croissant. Always tastes great. Eat it with one hand in the car. Early this week it was way overheated. Tomato’s cooked through and cheese hard and stuck to the paper. The next day I mentioned it when I ordered, and got my normal sandwich again. Today, another overheated mess. I took it back inside for the crew to enjoy. I’ll find a new place.
Stratton, our cashier, was amazing with her service and really helped our first experience to be great. I am very impressed and highly recommend this store to others.

Ordered fruit cup twice both were moldy.. staff was cool but the food was disgusting.
