Worst experience at this McDonald's. I timed my drive thru experience. It took 12 minutes to get my food from time of ordering. I spend 4 plus minutes at the pick up window without an employee even opening the window. I watched them place 4 orders in bags waiting for mine. They never even asked me to pull forward. All to find out we was waiting on 2 pies. How ridiculous. Wont go back to this location!
We moved to this area in Oct. 2021 and was pleased to have nice new clean McDs. But the service and espically the food is below standards. Placed a order at 4/23 7:25 pm- 4 burgers without onions, 2 large and 1 med fries with no salt. I finally got my order at 7:55pm. Got home the 2 of the 4 hamburgers had onions. The fries looked like they were cooked in old grease brown not golden yellow. Plus the size of fries were about 1 1/2" in length and were all small end pieces. I usually would not complain but these days when times are tough it is hard to shell out $20.00 for sub-standard food. This McDonald's has thrown customer service and quality out the door. Customers have become expendable.
I had a while without going to this place but I’ve had decent service. Today was definitely not good. I ordered my basic food, went to first window, there were 2 kids lost, just looking at me but not coming up to the window to charge me, all of a sudden one girl comes up and is taking orders but doesn’t even look at me and I’m like, ok, maybe I’ll be charged at the 2nd window? I had like 10 cars behind me and nobody in front, it was definitely awkward. I pull to the 2nd window, I kindly tell the miss that I wasn’t charged at the first window since nobody came up to me for a good amount of time. She didn’t understand me, she couldn’t even speak, just mumbling. This bald guy all of a sudden just starts saying either cash or credit, I have Apple Pay, “either cash or credit or go back”, “nobody told you to pull forward”.This is just a symptom of managers or owners not taking care of employees. I wasn’t being in no shape way or form rude but this guy just starts shutting down a convo that never escalated but he did.Please consider your employees, this is horrible. Someone else would’ve snapped at that guy. Everyone else was nice but they felt lost, like “I can’t take a card through second window, I’ve never done this”.
Good location. You just have to watch when you order large fries they never fill it up properly. They just put a medium amount of fries in a large fry box. So I would always check the fries !
I have lived near this McDonalds since 2017 and this place has consistently gotten everything wrong with orders since day one. 4 out 5 orders are consistently wrong over 5 years. If I want MdDonalds now, I have drive 3 miles in opposite direction, but worth it. This place needs a corporate intervention. Thank god Wendy’s opened up by them and Taco Bell is next.
Not bad for cheap fast food. Its hit or miss on the fries. Sometimes awesome, sometimes hard like potatoe sticks... Service is generally friendly.
Ordered happy meal twice, first time they didn’t give me the toy for my son, second time, no apple and no sauce for the chicken nuggets, service sucks
This McDonald’s has really improved over the years that I’ve lived up here. Great customer service (especially inside), clean, with a nice modern aesthetic and plenty of use for the (great) McD app. There’s no play place, but my 5 year old still loves to eat inside when we can. Make sure you check your orders, but they’ll fix it quick if it’s wrong.
Always have a good experience here. Quality food and polite staff.
Awesome! Extremely clean restaurant. They used gloves and face masks serving food and customers. Very clean restrooms. ? ? Staff very willing to help a customer.
