Always slow on orders, and you could also be forgotten if they told you to park and wait. A fast food place with a drive through but wait times of more than 15 mins? Come on guys
It would appear this location has challenges in reading simple orders and expiration dates. Received 2 cherry and 2 apple pies instead of 4 apple. Combined with expired serve times, they were dry and hard as a rock. Be weary of old food at this location !!
Generally slow and stale. About 1/3 of the time they leave stuff out. They're McD so you shouldn't expect much. Fries have been cold and soggy last few times (tonight was to the point I gave some to the dog and threw the rest out). I only go here when the gf wants and she always says it is good when it is fresh but I can't remember the last time I got something reasonably fresh here.
It's McDonald's what can I say you know what to expect.However we have used curbside pick up 2 times now and the order has been 100% accurate. I appreciate that so the grandkids are all happy
With the younger employees the gravitate towards, it’s always hit or miss. The food is usually fine, but DO NOT go inside to order unless you’re prepared to wait 10 minutes to have your order taken. They’ve DEFINITELY been improving, so I’ll commend them on that, but there’s still room for improvement with the managers. Also the hordes of High Schoolers after school can only be described as a hellscape, although I’m not sure what could be done about that anyway.
This McDonald's is hit or miss. It sometimes has great fries, and sometimes they're bland. Sometimes the food tastes fresh and sometimes they forget to put lettuce on their McChickens (which is what happened this time). Their Dr. Pepper is also hit or miss. They go pretty quickly, though, so that's in their favor. My recommendation is order something slightly modified to get it fresher (like a cheeseburger with only ketchup, mayo, cheese and salt). They tend to be a bit fresher that way.
I went in Saturday afternoon for a snack. Got two McDoubles. Standard Mickey Dees food.However, the female manager or supervisor was phenomenal. I waited patiently. She let me know she knew I was waiting. She smiled while tending to orders and drive thru. Not only that, she was very kind to other employees while I was standing and observing. Yes she smiled and was not angry or mad at the world.Great manager. Definitely I would go again just for the service.
Terrible service the past few times I've been there the evening shift crew is slow and doesn't want to do their job. These People can not even wrap a cheeseburger and the buns have been stale.
First it will not do you any good to use the McDonald's app to save time v. regular drive thru. I ordered then watched as tons of cars pull away through drive thru after my arrival. Then to get home with food only to have been given the wrong items (which was burnt bacon and oh so gross.)
Always fast drive thru service and fresh. Kids love it lol
