Can’t get breakfast past 10:30, even though all McDonald’s serve breakfast till 11:00 and most serve it all day. And you need to train employees on how to use the app, I can’t tell you how many times I’ve left the drive through line because some lady doesn’t understand how the system works.This McDonald’s has the best food but the employees have no idea how to do anything but cook.
Disgusting environment and lazy workers. Stood there staring at people standing around when one finally comes to take our order. Of course they forgot stuff so my daughter was standing at the counter for 3-4 minutes being ignored until I stepped up and had to wave my arms at them to get their attention. If the manager happens to see this it was at 7:15 on 4/20/22
One of the worst McDonald's in the history of ever. I hate that it's the one that's closest to my house, I go out of my way to visit the location on 2nd street despite all the construction. This location is never consistent with their hours, I never know when they're gonna be closed or if they're gonna be open or what's going on. Wish I could give zero stars
Look I understand yall hate giving out sauces. But 2 for a 10 piece nugget is crazy. I ask for me they get rude we can't do that. And explains the policy. Okay instead of the lady always being rude (I assume the manager) just say they are blah blah a piece how many do you want. It really is that simple
I was in the drive thru and had two separate orders. We paid and pulled up to the second window. After I received my order my fries were cold, so I asked if I could get fresh fries. My passenger spoke up and asked it she could also get fresh fries in her order, that she hadn’t received. The lady asked if we asked for fresh fries when we placed our order, I didn’t answer. When she came back she asked me for the fries back. I explained they are upside down in my bag so they may not all be there. As I was handing her the fries the manager stormed up to the window and was saying we weren’t going to be rude to his employees as I was chunking the fries that fell on my arm out the window. No one was ever rude to her, I simply asked for fresh fries. He than told me that I wasn’t going to disrespect his establishment and that we could leave. I explained that we didn’t have our food and he told me he didn’t care. I asked for a refund on both of our orders since he didn’t want to provide the food we had paid for. He told me no. I have never in my life experienced anything like this. Her baby is in the back seat crying because he wants his food. I will never again eat at this location.
The crunchy double burger is a joke full on they give you a small hamburger and a side of 4 chicken nuggets now if it was a kids meal then yea Definitely but that's bot gonna feed an adult
Very slow, employees rude, fries under cooked. (Except for the girl handing the food out, she was very nice) Undoubtedly because they are understaffed and the employees are overworked, stressed and not paid fairly which is the owners fault, not the employees.
We stopped in around 8 pm on December 13th to have ice cream in the lobby. The owner should know the young lady cleaning the lobby and bathrooms is a waste of his money. We owned a business for years and understand what it’s like to have employees. I would let her go. The ice cream was good though.

I went to this location for breakfast, said I wanted 2 mcgriddles one with sausage and one with bacon (just the sandwiches). I get the order and make sure they're correct because I ordered from same location yesterday and my order was wrong. Low and behold there's no egg or cheese on either mcgriddles. I tell the employee at the drive through this who takes them back to be fixed. A few minutes later the sausage mcgriddle is correct but swing and miss again on the one with bacon. Again no cheese or egg! These people are completely incompetent.
