Usually I go here because 2nd Street location is horrible, but today I experienced long wait times and then instead of the regular crispy chicken sandwiches I ordered they gave me spicy making them completely inedible for me. I tried to call and see if I could drive all the way back and get what I actually ordered, but they ignored both calls. Will reconsider before I choose this location again.
Some of the best service I've ever gotten at McDonald's. Staff was super friendly and the food was out before I filled my drink, even though they were very busy. Fries were good, I can tell the oil was clean.Fast and friendly with excellent quality even though they were slammed for lunch.
Kids were surprised and very happy to see the Easter bunny there today. Thank you for having him outside for them to see him!!!
The McDonald's was ok .every Sunday my grandson and I go for breakfast. He's 5 yes old so for us its a thing to get breakfast. We could not sit down and eat and talk. The gentleman at the pay window was very nice but the individual at the pick up window was rude. I think I'll go to a different place.
Picked up curbside to go to the park. Didn't get any straws for 4 drinks and almost no napkins. Really need these things to eat drink and be happy! Especially considering going out. We were across town before we noticed too expensive to have to drive back for that, plus food especially does are not good cold.

They repeated no onions on the burger but yet did not ring up the double cheeseburger. I paid and went around. The lady offering the food had no idea how to offer a solution for me and told me that she had to just go off of what the paper said. Finally a manager intervened and said please pull back around. I paid for an additional double cheeseburger and the pictures so the results of the service. Barely any fries also old and cold. The cheeseburger that was actually a mistake on their part and still paid for by me looks like they made out of retaliation as horrible as possible.
This is the absolute worst McDonald’s I’ve been to. It took 30 minutes to get my food in the drive through. They also said we couldn’t order coke because they were refilling it. Give me a break that is ridiculous! The icing on the cake was serving us cold fries and refusing to give us fresh because the line was too long! They also forgot our sauce. The owner should be ashamed.
Went to store for door dash. They ended up ignoring us when we pulled up next in drive thru. They went ahead and assisted the vehicle that pulled up after us. Then we continued to pull around to see if we can get someone at window. They went ahead and ignored us there. Had to pull up to second window just to get the order handed to us. The employees acted like they couldn't speak English clearly. Didn't even confirm the order number. I would recommend staying away from this McDonald's, at least till they correct their issue.
The drive thru was horrible. When it was my turn to order the food, 2 person at the other lane got thru ordering their food then someone talk to me ask what I want to order. I complained about why 2 person got there after me gets their order in before me and the manager act like he can't hear me. Then give me attitude when I try to place my order. Absolutely the worst McDonald's experience I've had. They seriously need to get a better manager. Will never go to that McDonald's again.
I don't know what is happening at this McDonald's but something needs to change. I have received 3 McRibs with no bottom bun, a Big Mac without hamburger patties, a Quarter Pounder with meat only, and the drinks are either out of syrup or the wrong one. Your average wait time in the drive thru is 20 minutes and that's if you are the only car in line. I've given them multiple chances hoping the errors were due to a bad day, but they are consistent. My recommendation is if you decide to go here, check and open every item to make sure it is correct.
