Went into the lobby because I thought it would be quicker than the wrap around drive through line. Waited 20 minutes for 2 apple pies and a large sprite. Nobody in there was wearing gloves. When I finally got my stuff the pies were cold and the sprite machine was out of syrup. Went back to the counter to let them know and they just stared at me and the manager turned away to take a phone call. Now I remember why I never go to McDonald’s.
Quick and Friendly... Their doing a great job even shorthanded. They do have limited hours. Have to drive half across Edmond for later McD's cravings.
Ordered 2 drinks and 2 hot fudge Sundays. Took 10 minutes to get my order. No other customers there and drive thru was not busy. Charged over $2.50 each for Sundays. Should be 1.25. Sunday had chocolate syrup not Fudge.
As always you can expect the worst in customer service at a McDonalds location. It’s what we are all getting accustomed to. A race to the bottom in terms of caring for your customers. The only reason we go to McDonalds is for the toy of a Happy Meal, not for the food. So our last foray to the store is typical, running out of happy meal boxes, and smart not care about the customer attitude remarks by employees to make the experience a forgettable one. So our kid ended up crying because the franchise employees do not want to make right by the customer and provide what they advertise on tv. Also, something else to mention about the quality of work continuously produced by employees at this location… every time you order by the drive through… missing order items, McFlurrys not mixed properly…. Please fix the problems and make this franchise a better place to visit. Thanks.
Usually pretty good depending on what time of day we go. Went thru around 1 a.m. this morning only to be told by the guy working there that he was closed because he was the only one working there. I was the only car in line. My order was small, chicken n fries, but he’d already turned everything off. They should really take off that 24 hrs bit out of their description. When we go in the day/evening times, it’s usually all good, pleasant n polite staff, quick n delicious food.
Whatever you’re paying Ryan it’s not enough.Dude is t he only person who showed up on the snowiest day of the year and is absolutely crushing it.Took a little longer than usual, but that’s to be expected given the circumstances.Food was still piping hot and delicious.10/10 Thanks Ryan!
Honestly workers I've come across at this location are terrible. Majority are rude, won't talk to you unless it's to ask what you'd like to eat, are slow, don't always have gloves on or proper sanitization in place, orders are always wrong, and have been left in the driveway for over 40 minutes waiting on food. Extremely unprofessional in the past when I have doordashed at this location for customers and dismiss you when you have a concern about your order. We've been given entirely wrong orders and told it was our fault, etc. Edmond customer service is worthless for the most part.
Like any McDonald's you have to make sure your order is correct. Holding out hope for the new staff and management. Maybe the renovations will give them that giddy up they are missing...
If you -love- waiting 30 to 40 minutes for the wrong food, this place is for you!! Waited a HOT minute, got the wrong food, and they even confirmed the order as they handed it to me and it was still wrong. Even said it on the recipt. Took so long to fix that I had to leave before I got my food. Yeah, I'm never coming to this location again unless they switch management. I'm a patient person, but, do better, honestly.
They were extremely backed up and it seemed only two people working. They still sounded very polite. While the condiments I ordered (I had a mobile order and asked for quite a few) were forgotten, my sandwhich was AMAZING. Great customer service and quality food.
