My wife and I both ordered a salad when they placed it on the table what was obvious was that much of the lettuce was old it had already changed colors and that was obvious to us and should have been obvious to the staff in the kitchen and the person serving the food.We also noticed the place to be very dirty the photographs that are associated with this review shows a lot of dust that is more than one day old I would estimate at least a week which means whoever’s job it is to make sure the place is clean and the tables are wiped down is not doing a good job.I personally observed the boy pick up after a couple had left and he wiped the table only in areas where their drinks had been he did not wipe the entire table nor did he take notice of the large amount of dirt on the ledge.One of the photographs will show the large amount of dust that was collected on the napkin holder this would be obvious to any employee delivering the food or cleaning up afterward.
southwest chicken and avocado salad!!!
First time here and it far exceeded my expectations! I ordered two lunches from the choose 2 menu. I ordered both with the strawberry pecan salad and one with the avocado BLT and the other with the Reuben. I have eaten a lot of Reubens and I have to say this was pretty delicious and the strawberry salads were incredible! I was a little skeptical at first paying $11 for half a salad and half a sandwich but it was well worth the money! I forgot to take pics until after I had inhaled it but next time I will try to include them.
Friendly staff, clean restaurant, wide menu selection, excellent food and surprisingly reasonable prices. A nice selection of appetizers, soups, salads, sandwiches and potatoes.
Ordered two salads with chicken, it even said so On the receipt, but both salads came without chicken. By the time we figured it out we were too far away to come back and fix it.
I ordered ahead and was quoted 15 minutes before my order was ready. I arrived in time and went inside to pick up my order, only to find it had been taken. After five or six minutes spent looking up my order and verifying that it was indeed stolen, the cashier put the order in a second time to be made. I had to wait another 15 minutes for my order to be ready and was never issued an apology for my inconvenience or for the wait in general. Staff acted like it was my fault that my order was taken off an unmonitored area. After spending over $23 on two sandwiches and two sides, my avocado BLT was utterly pathetic. It had three small pieces of bacon and half a tomato slice. There was no avocado at all. The Side of mac & cheese was in a tiny container that looked like it was made for ketchup. There were literally three bites, whereas dining inside it was a heaping bowl full.
My husband and I ate here yesterday, he got a loaded potato and I got soup and a sandwich. I’m so glad I didn’t eat mine. I went up to get a clean spoon and she handed me another dirty spoon, she said they are all like that. I had to wash my spoon in the sink in the disgusting bathroom. Then I notice my plate was dirty as well. I didn’t eat. My husband did and the potato did not look fresh he had not eaten all day and he ate it. He has spent all night throwing up and in the bathroom, I have never seen him so sick in 25 years. With a disgusting dining room, bathroom, dishes, silverware, old food it’s no wonder. I will definitely let anyone I care about know not to eat there. Because of Covid the cleaning standards should be better they were disgusting. Terrible!!!!!
I don't write reviews but felt compelled in this case. Arrived for a curbside order, waited 30 minutes. Figured they were busy and it was just taking longer, but no they put it on the to go shelf. Fine. I get home and have half a sandwich instead of a whole. Ordered the spicy turkey melt, got some sandwich with a lone piece of lettuce, turkey, roast beef, and ham. No cheese, no sauce. I get mistakes happen when you are busy but maybe I can help with that going forward. Won't be back.
They did not hold the 2 sauces on my sandwich or give me the requested sauce on the side. The soup was lukewarm.Food was good quality.
