This Mazzio's has been my family's go to for years, they do a great job and we always look forward to our pizza/sandwiches from them!
The part of our order that was right was great. Just frustrating when you get something that wasn't even close to what ya ordered....
The delivery driver brought the wrong order and refused to inform Mazzio's or attempt to correct it. He rudely walked off since it was pre-paid and pre-tipped.
Ordered online at 6:35pm, with a 45 minute delivery estimate. At 7:55pm I contacted the customer service line. The rep was rude while looking up my order, and said it was "out for delivery" after first telling me she couldn't locate my order with phone number. The pizzas arrived about 5 minutes later, and were both cold. Tasty, but cold.
