We were seated pretty quickly, the alcoholic drinks were tasty, and we enjoyed the pretzel sticks, However my burger was AWFUL, it was either WELL WELL DONE or the meat was just very poor quality. The fries were pretty good as-well. I came to this location twice, and on my 2nd trip I ended up getting a pizza instead of the burger since the burger was so bad, the pizza was decent for the price.
Ridiculous prices for mediocre food. The pick 3 appetizer platter is a joke. $16 for a sampler for 6 cold boneless wings, freezer burnt fried pickles, and the worst chips and queso I’ve ever had. The El Diablo fell apart before I could even eat it, bread was soggy and not toasted, and the steak was rubber. Servers were not very attentive, either.
Worst experience. The bartender acted like we were stupid for ordering a frozen Pina Colada which was on their cocktail menu. The bartender could not have acted less interested in waiting on us when there was literally almost no one else in the restaurant. Then I ordered a Togo meal and watched it sit in the window for 20 mins before we finally asked a server to get it for us. The bartender who was our server had disappeared for at least 30 mins. Didn't give us our check. The waitress finally gave us our tab but no one came and took our credit card. We ended up paying cash just so we could leave. Togo food was cold well before we even received it. Was gonna ask for new fries but no one ever even came and checked on us.
Worst experience ever as far as service-food was great so kudos to the kitchen. Sat at a booth in bar area- waitress/bartender was griping about other workers and dropping F-bomb like it was casual. Calling other co workers names. I sat in shock listening to her rant and gripe. We ordered our food and ordered a beer. I drank my beer, sat with empty glass for at least five minutes. She asked table behind us if they needed anything-we must have been invisible. I eventually crumpled my beer can and put it in my glass—-red flag! Asked if I wanted another? Yes-and had to wait while she headed to kitchen area-remember… we are in bar area. I am also going to add this was around 8pm during the week. It was almost empty.Will I return- not likely unless there is a change in management and staff. This wasn’t the first time… but it was the worst and final straw. There are several other restaurants that offer better service.FOOD WAS AMAZING-thanks to kitchen!
I would not recommend this Louise location! Burgers were overdone. The fries were chewy when we asked for fresh fries to ensure they were crispy. Taste like the food had just been rewarmed under a warming lamp. Never have this issue at Louie's on the lake
First time to this particular Louie's. I found it like all the others, great service, great foods, great atmosphere, great alcoholic beverages and fair prices! You can't do better than that except that I found this Louie's not as busy and a whole lot more quiet than some of the other ones I used to visit. I think this will be my Louie's of choice from now on!
Went to the Edmond location bc Moore and S. Western have been good. This is no exception. Busy location but despite being busy they are well organized. This seems to be missing in quite a few restaurants since Covid and is essential. My server was lovely and highly accommodating. I ordered cocktails not on their menu and the bar tender nailed them. Even ordered cheese fries which isn't on the menu either but nevertheless was served. They have tasty drinks, yummy eats, and service that will make you smile. Job well done Louise's!!!
Louie’s is great. Every time I walk over for our order they have it ready to go.it’s always correct and the staff somehow even learned my name. That guarantees an extra $5 on top of what I normally tip.
It gets a little hectic, it's just a popular & busy place with not alot of space. I think they've outgrown this location. That's a good thing though!
Food is ALWAYS great, and the curbside service is even better! It's ALWAYS a pleasure to visit Louie's dining in, or carrying out! Highly recommended!
