Me and my fiancé went in for lunch today and we had the most AMAZING WAITER and his name is, OTTO, pronouncing is with a long O, just an fyi!!! He made the most magnificent beans, be sure to ask about them!!! He also was just wonderful at his job and provided us with spectacular conversation and friendliness!!! Definitely ask for him!!!♥️????
I'll start off by saying I love how they have pics of a lot of their dishes on the menu so you can get an idea of what you're getting. The service was fast, friendly, and attentive. The chips were made fresh, light, and the best part not super oily which was great! The food came out fast and was piping hot! While I wouldn't say this is the best Mexican in the city it definitely hits the spot and would gladly come back again.
The food was delicious. I got the Mexican tacos with rice and beans and it was so good! The waiter was amazing. We never had an empty drink or empty chips and salsa. The staff was absolutely amazing! We will be back!

This was our first time at Los Arcos and it was mothers day! We had the mix fajitas and frozen margarita and EVERYTHING WAS GREAT!!!! Chips and salsa were amazing! Thank you so much for the great dinner on mothers day!
First time visitor.The restaurant itself is large, roomy and very accommodating for all group sizes. The decor is great, to me it's on the upscale side compared to other Mexican restaurants I've been to. The staff is super friendly and fast! I walked in and was immediately seated and my drink order was taken. I started off with a sweet tea, took a drink and quickly realized I did not like it. I paid a little more and got Horchata instead. Freaking amazing and it's free refills on it too! I ordered a fajita that starts with a "p" and comes with chicken, shrimp or beef OR ALL THREE! ITS THE SAME PRICE TOO! It also has crisp chunks of bacon, shredded cheese, grilled onions and peppers. The single portion size is massive and is served with corn, flour or both types of tortillas. I ate so much that I became sleepy afterwards.Otto was my my server and he was very efficient, polite and detailed about the dish I ordered.
4-14-2022 I ordered the enchilada dinner and it had no flavor at all. The rice, watery beans along with chicken enchilada and beef enchilada were terrible. My daughter ordered beef fajitas and had the same problem, no flavor. She had me try a piece of the meat and it had a horrible taste to it. I could not finish eating it because of the taste. We both only ate half of the meal because of the quality. I thought I had lost my taste buds because of the meals bland taste. Good luck if you go there.
Have been there a couple times and all of the staff is very friendly and always ready to help! Definitely going to keep going back (try their 3 leches cake. It's delicious!)
Great food and excellent service. What's not to like? This is one of our favorite places to frequent. Food is consistent and the staff works very hard here. My only complaint is that, last visit, the small plates weren't cleaned thoroughly. We went thru 4 small plates and still didn’t get a clean one. We finally gave up asking for new ones. It looked like they were preparing for renovations then, so we'll chalk that up to a one time deal, as it's definitely not the norm.
So, so good! Absolutely delicious, from the drinks to the food. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Outstanding friendly service too. My new favorite restaurant.
