We were having a pretty good experience at first. Kids really enjoyed the play place. It is stated they close at 6 which they confirmed, however at 515 we were the only family in here, they turned off half the lights, turned off the music, and turned off all the arcade games. At 520 we confirmed with them they closed at 6 but had even closed the concession so we could get drink refills.I really wanted to like this place but probably won’t be coming back
We had a private party at Kid’s Galaxy for our daughter’s 9th birthday. Overall, it was a great experience. We were there over 3 hours and all of our guests had a great time. Staff was great and very helpful. The kids loved the play areas, arcades and other interactive games.
They surely know how to make a birthday special. Full points to the ambiance, food, and fun they provided on my daughter's 6th birthday. Their ‘superstar’ birthday package is reasonably priced and includes a lot. I highly recommend it!
Amazing place to have a birthday party! We reserved it for a private party they closed the playground just for our guest and my son loved it! The staff is amazing! Our host Martina was AMAZING!!!!! Best place to take the kids to get some energy out! This place is my new best place to take my kids!
I just had my 9 year old’s birthday party here last weekend, and we had a great time. Our party host was great. I was worried about not having enough time to set up my party room, but they helped us set everything up. I had about 15 minutes to do everything which was plenty of time. Food was good too and I was able to bring my own food as well.

We hosted a private event for our girls birthday parties and loved it. The kids had so much fun! The staff was super friendly and very attentive to us and checking in with us throughout the party. We had a wonderful experience and would do it again!
Floors were very dirty even in “shoe free areas”. In the toddler zone with crawling kiddos many people were wearing shoes without a care. Staff was nice but the facility didn’t seem very clean.
We had my sons 4th birthday party here and overall it was good. I will say there were some bumps. They did allow me to set up before the party which was extremely helpful! Everyone was soo nice. Once the party started it was very hard to find my party host because she had other parties going too. I had to askMultiple times for refills and things that should have been provided before hand. The pizzas were another thing my package was suppose to come with 3 XL we had over 25 people there. It came with 5 mediums and we had to add 2 more to it. So that was a downer. My over all experience was pleasant but not sure if we will have it again next year based on the availability of the host and the cost. They also forgot the special gift for my little man.

Kennedy was our party host and did an awesome job helping with whatever we needed! The pizza is fresh and tastes great. The play area is HUGE and provides fun for so many ages. We will definitely be coming back.
