Drove through on the way back into town from visiting in Kansas City. Unfortunately, we unpacked, and such, before sitting down to eat. Food was still pretty good, but most definitely would have been better and fresher earlier. I tried the spicy chicken sandwich for the first time. Seems like most of the "spice" was from the condiment instead of the chicken, though. I'll try it again soon!
Short staffed, which is understandable. Came inside to order, and was told they weren’t taking inside orders, that I needed to go through the drive thru. I wasn’t in a vehicle, I walked. Was I supposed to stand and pretend to be a car? Regardless, they didn’t take my order. I sat & placed an order through the app which took 25 minutes. Not impressed.
This is the 2nd time I have been here in the last 6 months. I got a bucket of chicken with 3 sides. The chicken was dry to say the least. As for the sides, the mac and cheese looked like what you would see at Walmart that had been setting there all day. The biscuits weren’t even good. I am not one to complain but the food was terrible. That will be the last $35 kfc will be getting from me. This was the kfc on Danforth.
have been here 4 times, i have yet for them to get my order rightmissing items or a complete wrong orderive ordered online and in person..ordered side of fries, got side of mac n cheeze...some times missing main items,who works here?? also attitude very bad when u say something'or just when ordering like they dont wanna be there
Not open inside still. KFC get it together man. Staff was working hard to fulfill orders. But the we got was not very hot and we were missing a order of fries in the kids meal.
It’s got great service and fast. But always out of something. Maybe that’s a good problem to have. But for them not the customer.
Good. Grief. ? BURNT crispy 8 pc. order. No flavor except very dark burned taste and dried-up meat with just greasy 'crust'. And at 5 pm dinner. Mostly backs and overdone wings, one leg. GROSS! Gravy lid was loose, gravy spilled all over the contents, napkins and plastic forks. Only enough Mashed Potatoes for 2 people. Highly disappointed and sure won't go back. ? EXPENSIVE LESSON.
I ordered 8 piece extra crunchy. The sides were delicious. The chicken was burnt tasting as well as gross taste of being cooked in old oil. It was also dry. I have been a KFC lover for 50+ years. This is honestly the worst chicken from KFC that I have ever been served. You can see the horrible quality in the pictures posted. I called 2 numbers to speak to a manager. No answer. So for the first time ever, I’m posting a poor review.
Fast service at drive thru. Food was really good and employees were friendly. Minus one star because prices are ridiculous.
Had their new meatless chicken nuggets. Tasted okay, bland for my taste. Stomach cramps all the next day. Not sure that stuff is digestible.
