This place never has food you want. Months with no pot pies. Ask for 12 pc the can’t fill order with all same crispy or not. Ask for nuggets they can’t fill orders. If can it’s like we have five. The wait is always 20 min plus. And when call to place order or check if have what want they never answer phone. Two kfc’s in Edmond this one is the worst and not just few times this happens it’s every time for months. Zero stars
Terrible management/efficiency of this restaurant. This is the only place I’m town that does not have its lobby open! Which means that the drive thru line is always extremely busy and long, so don’t go if you’re not trying to spend 30+ minutes there. And forget about being proactive and ordering online because you still have to wait in the super long line where no one takes initiative to bring your food out to you instead. Even worse if you’re a delivery driver because time is money and this place has no respect for that. I recommend going to any of the other thousand chicken restaurants in town over this place.
I wish they could just keep the Beyond Fried Chicken and not have it as a temporary item.
Edmond- 1609 E 2nd : KFC refused to provide an order for 41.82, claiming it had already been picked up. Talked to manager who insisted it was picked up by Door Dash and I would have to take up refund with them. This was a total lie. We then got notification on line it was ready for pick up but they would not pick up phone. This is a scam, under no circumstance do business with this KFC

Love the Nashville Hot! This location is usually pretty good! Your odds of getting fresh food is better here than other edmond locations
As I travel for work I usually find something fast. Tried this KFC as it is one of my favorite restaurants. I’ve worked my way down the menu trying new things each time haven’t found anything I dislike so far.
Superb service at this location. My famous bowl fill up was really tasty. Nice and clean dining room.
