My sandwich was made per the menu, but my wife's was missing the avocado which is a big reason she chose that one. Once people get their food home, it's not at all convenient to go back to JJ's to get it fixed. Also, can someone please completely flush the soft drink tubing/hoses after your cleaning process? My Orange Crush tasted like cleaning fluid. Again, something no one wants to drive back to JJ's to get replaced. We've been trying JJ's instead of Subway and beginning to wonder why - especially when you don't toast the sandwiches like Subway does. I feel I'm being generous giving you 4 stars.
I have had back to back orders where the delivery took literally an hour and a half. One order they got one do the sandwiches completely wrong. They said they would refund it and never did. the other one they pushed through their system to make it look like they’d delivered it and when I called they told me “oh the receipt actually fell down and we didn’t see it but we’ll get it out out ASAP.The store used to be awesome and my go to delivery food. I’ll probably never order from this location again because the staffs become increasingly rude - and the service and food has gone down hill
They were a bit distracted, but very nice and the food was AWSOME!!!!
I have ordered here three times in the past two months, I never order anything with Mayo because myself and my kids are allergic, it even says no Mayo on the ticket and they give me a credit, why so they can mess it up again. Drug test your employees.
I came in with 7 minutes to closing, which I try really hard not to do, but I had a hankering for a Jimmy John’s sandwich, and this was the closest location. Even with 7 minutes until closing, the gentleman behind the counter was more than happy to help me with my order. He was sure to let me know that I wasn’t inconveniencing them like I had feared, and my sandwich was ready in a matter of seconds. Fast, friendly, and kind to boot! This location is my favorite for a reason.
Ordered delivery, part of my order was missing. Called store about missing items, guy was friendly, said that my missing items were sitting on the counter and when the driver got back, they would deliver them to me. 2hrs later, nothing.

Almost always very prompt. I have had one time where it took forever. Of course, the one time my wife wanted to head out, so I guess that was to be expected ;). Food is always consistent and good.
Higher than a giraffes backside a $1.10 for avocado which is more like avocado paste spread so thin I had to open the sandwich to see if I got any. I now recall why I don't frequen this establishment often
